They are the worst ever—thieves, extremely slow, and completely incompetent. All they want is to steal from customers. Make sure that when you buy something priced in euros, they will try to manipulate things so you end up paying fake customs duties and fake taxes. According to Ukrainian law, if you purchase an item worth less than €150, it is exempt from customs duties and taxes. For example, when I bought an item for €1,400 and it was shipped directly from the store to me, I didn’t pay any customs or taxes. But when I bought an item for €19 and used their service, they asked for a lot of documents and told me the shipment needed to go through customs. They tried every possible way to inflate the item’s value so they could rob you.

Got my package delivered to the address in my user cabinet. Registered the package as soon as the seller sent me the tracking number. The package laid there for a week, while NP did not bother to receive it. Thant it was returned back to sender.

A month ago, an unauthorized amount was deducted from my account and transferred to the npshopping.com website. This was a scam, and I have not received a refund. Please be cautious

For more than two weeks now, I have been trying to find out where my PAID package went, which was delivered to the warehouse, and disappeared. from "support" (it's just terrible, in general, it's a collection of random people who want to sneeze at everything and everyone, they have templates for answers) 5 times a day I hear "wait" and "your request is at work".
wrote a claim for a refund and oh, wonder! every operator with whom I communicate during the day wants new screenshots and documents, which were not discussed before!
question: nakhiba???

in conclusion: wasted funds, which no one is going to even compensate, a lot of nerves and time were spent.

Previously there were no any problems, but now I received delivery confirmation from UPS with the name of employee who received package and the answer from NPShopping support team which told that they didn't receive this package at all.
So looks like NPShopping either lost or somehow damaged this package.
Fortunately it wasn't very expensive

Delivery company with terrible customer service. In this company the customer is always to blame. They can “legally” steal your goods and sell them within the company among employees referring to their agreement. The company never admits its mistakes.
