This is a genuine review, and not a paid advert..I called Hossein not knowing who i could turn to, i needed two pcb repairs that had blown and wouldnt power up my photocopiers due to a power surge...he repaired them the very next day at a competitive rate and was very impressed.. i recommend this man highly

We had a 3 phase welder which literally went up in smoke. Availability of spare parts was difficult and the parts were very pricey. Hoss and the team repaired the machine for much less than the dealer spares and reconditioned the rest of the machine at the same time. Communication was good and the service was superb. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking to repair instead of renew.

This is the second time I have used NPE. The first time was for something trivial, and they did such a great job that I automatically thought of them when I caught myself with a real problem.

I had naively plugged an old piece of analog video stabilising equipment which are no longer made and very rare and valuable designed for the US into a US to UK adapter and saw smoke.

I thought I had just came up with a very expensive paperweight.

I took it to Hossein at NPE on a Monday morning, thinking at best he may be able to get it powering back up, but that I'd probably fried the rest of the circuit board.

As it turned out, I was lucky with no board damage - but by Friday Hossein sourced the part a replacement for the damaged power components for me and even tested the analog signal throughput - I didn't think he would have equipment for that - so when I picked it up I had 100% confidence it would be all working. I was right.

I can't thank Hossein at NPE enough. The man is an electrical genius and I am a second time happy customer!

I will be back with anything like this in the future and I won't hesitate to recommend NPE to anybody.

Call to see if N P E could help me with a battery charger motherboard the gentleman Hossein was so helpful advised me it would be cheaper to buy a new charger than him to repair it.then went on line found me a new replacement and advised me to go with that option as I did.Hossein is a pure gentleman I would recommend this company 110 percent for your business.

Friendly professional and knowledgeable service. I was kept up-to-date about the repairs to my PCB. Hoss was the gentleman who dealt with me and kept in touch with diagnosis and repairs.

I highly recommend that and I will use them from now on. NPE had a fast turnaround, and they know their stuff.

Had a 20 year old DC drive fail on an old Kearns borer. Due to age of drive no information was available and no cost effective replacement could be found. I searched for someone I felt could repair it and at a fair price and found that place in NPE. Job was assessed and refurb of unit was done. A video was sent to me of drive repaired and under test, I found that very reassuring. Hossein is friendly, honest and very knowledgeable and I have no reservations in using NPE in the future.

I had an IR keyboard that had stopped working entirely. It was badly corroded inside from a battery leak. After inspection by Hussain it was repaired to full working order ready to collect the next day. Great service! Thanks again!

Took in a power supply PCB board out my crafter van as I had a db rear light cluster failure.

I was greeted with honest upfront advice. He couldn't be 100% sure on a garrenteed fix given what it was off. However he took 5 minutes to take a look identified what could cause the issue and offered to change the parts out. Which was done very quickly. With advice on further fault finding if I still had issues to rule out other parts.
This fixed the issue first shot and saved me a lot of time and money.

Well worth a visit.
