Sent incorrect items

Sent incorrect items and refuse in refimd

Sent incorrect items and don't want to accept the return.

I ordered Colgate con neutralizador de acidos de azucares via Worten and they sent me Colgate Extra Calcio. The image on the website doesn't correspond what they sent me and they refuse to accept the return of the items that HAVEN'T BEEN OPENED.

It is YOUR mistake that you upload wrong photos or description, YOUR mistake of sending things without checking what you are selling and now I have be pay for this??

Customer service is absulutely ridiculous, they don't even read message and just send the same templates.

Cannot you check your own website and see the difference between the picture and of what I've received?

I'm trying to fix it from 01/11/2025 and still no result.
