Don't be discouraged by the price and don't settle for cheaper quality clones. I thought I had an issue with one of the lamps, and they responded quickly with a fix to my issue.

Order, payment and delivery was perfect. Online tracking with a safe delivery of my order to Switzerland. The quality and design was like expected and shown on the homepage. Had then a small issue with the lamp, because of a broken powersource in my house. The support was really helpful and with a reset the lamp is working proper again. Thanks

Support service was very helpful. Only issue I had was not knowing the cube came with a blue film on it that had to be removed (no documentation about that) and the delay in getting the product. But customer support was very helpful and letting me know about both issues.

Overall a really good experience with Noxu, made an order for the Galactica, delivered the next day, SIMPLE! The lighting effect is class but the design on the exterior just tops it off, can be placed anywhere without a fuss. Had to get in touch with customer service to fathom out how to use the remote but was met with a 5 min response time!

I never received the vase I ordered, and despite reaching out to the company three times over the course of three weeks, received no response back regarding delivery time or shipping details; they simply disappeared. When I first contacted them, they asked for the order number and promised to be in touch within 24 hours: they never did so. When I reached out again, I got no response. I reached out through their IG account, and they again responded asking for my order number. Yet again, there was no response. After three weeks of no information, I have had to file a dispute claim with my credit card company. What a sham company.

Great lamp. Had a technical issue, but was resolved within minutes when contacting support. Very impressed.

Great customer service, didn't have a problem getting a fast response back to all my queries. The products they offer are really exciting and I look forward to ordering again in due course. **Side note, I've ordered the "corner lamp" from another site prior to Noxu and I've got to say their quality is 10X better, in terms of brightness, the response time from remote to lamp, and the availability of different colours.

I´ve placed an order in the 6th september. Never received expedition information, nor my order, nor any answer to emails, and they don´t even answer the phone!

Months passed without ever receiving my earrings from Noxu. I had to contact them myself to see what was the matter, and they said all 3 earrings had a defect and were sent back to the factory. Yeah right ! and they are still selling those very same earrings on their website.
Wrote them again for a refund, never came through. 100% scam

I recently purchased a disuku floor lamp, and even though the first product was unfortunately faulty, a second was sent out very quickly. I’m very happy with the lamp and the Noxu customer service team

I initially purchased one lamp just to see if it looked as good as it did on the website ... it did! I then purchased another three. They arrived in a timely manner and I love them.

Two plugs didn't fit the socket so I went back to Michael and he came back to me immediately and sorted two replacements which arrived within days.

This is a very good product and this company provides excellent customer service. Thank you and I will be back.

A1 service from Noxu. Really happy with my new Musucube, in my opinion the images on their site don't do it justice. Their customer service is also great, really fast response times and thoroughly written emails. Couldn't fault them and will be back in time for Christmas!

I ordered the musu cube on 20th August, to be told it was going to be delayed till end of September. I then decided to buy the supesu pyramid, and my order was changed, even though there was another delay due to shipping damage issues. It appears the small pyramid is taking longer to arrive so I took the option of changing back to the musu cube, which is on its way, with thanks for updating.

Finally My NOXU Galactica Lamp arrived and it was well worth waiting for it...
What an amazing beautiful Light Miracle packed and send carefully to me...
I don't like to say it hardly ...but what You get is more the Price worthy...

Noxu Design (specifically Michael) has been outstanding from the start. Their products are as good in the flesh as they look on the website.
We purchased the Chisai table lamp for our son and both Jijo wall lamp and Disukku floor lamp for us. All arrived packaged very carefully via DHL express in good time (48 hrs).
The product quality is excellent with both lamps having a sturdy metal construction with a good quality heavy metal base. The vivid and beautiful colours from the Chisai blew us away. The warm glow from the Disukku is perfect for our lounge but we didn’t use the Jijo and returned it which was an unbelievably easy process - it went back the same day thanks to the amazing customer service from Michael.
My only problem now is that I want more more more. I recommend this company and their products. I wasn’t put off by some rather negative comments around and was proven right by a very positive experience. I’ll be back for the Sutikku very soon!

2 months until the item came in stock. Tried to cancel several times during that period and was ignored until they eventually have just posted the item.

I received my shipment of the Chuku Ring Wall Lamp and I love it!

It looks so good on my living room wall and has brought a wonderful new vibe into my living space. It has excellent craftsmanship, great design and aesthetic quality, sophisticated electronics with all the different light colour variations and patterns - truly a wonderful light fixture that I will cherish for many years ahead!

I love my Kona Floor Lamp. It has so many settings, and is super vibrant. I get so many compliments on it any time I have guests over.

Overall a very good experience with this company. Delivery was prompt however when out musucube was received and despite the well packaged parcel there was a crack on the side.
I contacted the company and a replacement was sent out on next day delivery with no problems whatsoever. Communication was great and the cube looks awesome . This was a birthday gift and the recipient is really impressed with it. I will definitely be back for some of their other products.

I have made two purchases from Noxu Design and I couldn’t be more delighted with the lamps I have bought or the outstanding follow-up customer service. The Kōnā Floor Lamp garnered a lot of attention when it is lighting the lounge. The variety of modes/colours is extremely impressive and it never fails to amuse and delight whenever I have guests. It’s “sculpture-like” appearance (a beauty in its own right) defies the opulence of the lighting, that never fails to surprise when it is switched on. The sleek design and the vibrancy of the light emitted made it a ‘no-brainer’ when I was looking for another feature piece and subsequently I had no hesitation when I first saw the Musucube advertised. I was intrigued by the look of the cube and my purchase was immediate. I was unsure as to what to expect as I couldn’t figure out how it worked and, once again, I wasn’t disappointed. I love the way the appearance of the cube changes depending on the aspect and one’s point of view. Again, there is no end of positive comments when others see it in operation. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Noxu Design if anyone is looking for unusual lighting arrangements. I have to add that their customer service is second-to-one. I have had a couple of questions and my emails have been answered promptly, professionally and with genuine interest. With Noxu Design, you can’t go wrong!!!
