I have yet to receive my order
I have yet to receive my order, which was placed on 23.06. It’s now 16.07, and I’ve had no response to any of my emails to your customer service team. I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication and support, this has been a frustrating experience, and I won’t be ordering from nox again.

Happy and feeling comfortable to wear NOX clothes (including shoes). Unfortunately, some shirts had different sizes although both were size L.
And products are sold out quite fast.
But, I like that brand.

We sincerely apologize for the long wait and understand your frustration.
Please know that we’ve been in constant contact with FedEx for over a month trying to clarify and resolve the situation regarding your shipment.
The delay was mainly caused by a request to change the destination country after the order had already been shipped, followed by another request to re-send it to the original destination. Unfortunately, this has significantly complicated the customs and transit process.
That said, we have already contacted FedEx again to urge them to expedite the necessary export/import procedures, and we're doing everything possible from our side to ensure the delivery is completed as soon as possible.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re here to assist with any further questions you may have.

The AT10 Genius 18k 2024
The AT10 Genius 18k 2024 was exactly as described as I was looking for a forgiving racket that had more control and accuracy and the racket head a little head heavy. It was nice to have the new Nox grip added to this racket but I'm still trying to get use to it. I think it could be really good to use for stronger smashes.

Bad customer service, long time for shipping/return
Had signed up for discount code which I did not receive after 2 weeks. Still placed order without code because I am fan of nox. Accidentally received the code after the order, I asked if they could still process it, which suddenly they couldn't, while returning an amount seems extremely easy to me for a company. Waited a long time for the package to arrive, unfortunately everything just one size too big so want to send it back and get a smaller size, have been waiting for 2 weeks now for my package to get back to them with very expensive return charges. All in all it's been 5 weeks now and still no shirts/money back

Your order was placed on Friday, April 18th. Please note that our warehouse does not operate on weekends, so the order was processed on Monday. The shipping delay was due to the transport company, to which we have already escalated your case and requested priority handling.
Regarding return costs, these are determined by the dynamic tariff system, based on the weight of the parcel and the country of origin. These fees are directly charged by the courier services, not by NOX.
As for your return, we are still waiting to receive the items back in our warehouse to proceed with either the exchange or refund, as per your request. We truly regret the delay, but it is due to external logistics issues beyond our control.
We also understand your disappointment regarding the discount code. Unfortunately, once an order is completed, we cannot retroactively apply discount codes due to our payment system limitations. We appreciate your support and are grateful that you chose to proceed with your purchase despite this.
Again, we apologize for the delays and are doing our best to ensure your case is resolved as soon as we receive your return.
