This company has purposefully deceptive subscription practices. I was signed up to use the product for $20 for 3 months. And then was charged $50 for the next 3 months. They do not send email notifications of charges up upcoming payments, registration details, or receipt of payment via email. They purposefully deceive you into an over priced subscription.

To clarify how our pricing works: like many subscription services, we offer a discounted introductory rate for the first period, after which the subscription renews at the standard price. Both prices are shown on the checkout page before purchase, and the renewal terms appear in the order summary - we don't hide them, and we have no interest in surprising anyone.
That said, if the renewal details weren't clear to you, we'd genuinely like to understand why and make it right. Please reach out to our support team (support@nowyouknow.io) and we'll refund the renewal period you didn't intend to continue with.

Outstanding knowledge gained!
My experience with this app was amazing. I initially signed up on a great trial rate and after that period was over I gained so much knowledge that I renewed my subscription. I loved the modules, I followed the videos step by step and created some really cool things with my kiddos. This is a great app that helps with self discovery but also family activities, especially in this high technology world, this gave me good reasons to unwind. I had to unfortunately discontinue my subscription for financial reasons but customer service was able to help me out every step of the way. As soon as things get better I look forward to joining again in the future.

It is impossible to delete your account…
It is impossible to delete your account or subscription. I hit the big red button to delete my subscription and nothing happens. I go to completely delete my account and type out delete and all capital letters and then hit the big red button in the app and nothing happens. I emailed support and have received no answer. I will be calling my financial institution to block these charges for the future since I have gotten no response anywhere

Waste of hard earned money
I barely used it because it was so limited in things I was needing I was being charged wryly 50.00 and I am not sure what it was for when I logged in today after an update all the past projects were gone it was like day one so I have definitely wasted about 200 and not learned the first skill

This is the worst company to try and get ahold of. They charge you a Ridiculous amount of money for their product which is simple and also when you don't even use the app. They also make it Sooo hard to cancel and will not let you remove you card.

Your first contact with our support team came approximately 3 months after your purchase, and even so, our team immediately canceled your subscription upon hearing from you. While your refund request fell outside our policy, we were happy to make an exception and credit you for the purchase as a goodwill gesture.

Offer very little information
The courses they offer have little information for what you pay. I could have learned what they offered on a YouTube video or one chapter in a book. Not worth the money for me. Plus they give you an introductory price and then charge you full price 3 months after that. So if you don’t use the platform and forget about it, you’ll get charged $50 and they will not refund your money bc it’s outside of their 30 day window.

Not a kit, just a tutorial....
I thought this would be a get a kit and try kind of thing, its not, its literally really quick and basic cbl, its shows u something, asks a really simple question and then keeps doing tht and ur done. I honestly have learned more from just doing diy kits from amazon....

The company auto charges renewals although it was cancelled during the trial. No one answers the phone and no way to email them because they send a link and it says it expired even though it is immediately clicked. I tried 10 times.

We’d like to clarify a few important points. Our service does not include a free trial, but rather a 30-day money back guarantee from the initial payment, which can sometimes be misunderstood as a trial period. Subscriptions also renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
We also want to clarify that we do not offer phone support, and our support is handled via email. If a login link expires, it’s because a newer one was requested, and only the most recent link will work for security reasons.

I absolutely love being able to explore new crafts. I found that water color painting is amazing! But as much as I thought I like baking it’s not really for me same goes for making soap and lotions.
