been trying to get my deposit out for a week now and they argue the web doenst work or ask for more maney ($25.000) to allow me to get my initial deposit back (i deposited $5.000)

Take it from a former first time customer who nearly lost all of his money due to the smooth talk of the support different fees that could have been explained, it is just crazy, it's so sad that even after forcefully getting everything back, my life is almost empty because of the ruined ruined relationships, borrowed money from trusted friends and families which i later defaulted on, it led to embarrassing moments for me, they still held the money after i met their conditions, i notified authorities but to my utter unfortunate amazement Novutrades is not regulated or registered here, it would be hard to call them to order as they are not registered in the USA, i was advised to seek other means by experts because getting them to book might not be worth it after maybe a year or two, so please stay off Novustrades totally if you can because it took about 4 weeks of fierce disputes before i got all 39,550, over half of this money which was from soft loans, i would have lost everything If not for the intervention i got from.Ribstonfninance's.relentless efforts that helped with the disputes which eventually forced them to refund.
I hope others get their money out too.
Also for the record, they sent email notifying me of account closure and forfeiture of everything in the first week of disputes in order to make me stop the disputes proceeding, so you know how evil they can be.
I hope others also get their funds out.

be careful if anyone suggests you to deposit to novus trades then they themselves is running a scam using novustrades. They have held 10k of my capital and when I requested for a withdrawal the support team wanted 10% of commission fees sent to their wallet separately and a 21.9% tax sent again separately. When I told them to take these fees from my account, they said that is not possible and I must send the fees and the commission manually. They will drain you of your money do not deposit your money and trust the person who sent you the link they are a huge scam.
Novustrades has been holded my fund capital 11000 usd. Not refunding my capital. Very bad service and do not communicate at all. Please help if anyone can do
