AVOID AVOID AVOID this company , after your lease ends your vehicle will be inspected/ scrutinised by an employee of the car market that it will end up being sold through ,the inspector will go out of there way to find fault in the vehicle and take no consideration of wear and tear looking for an unreasonable showroom finish as the more damage they can charge for through the lease company the better before the vehicle is sold on through their market .I found the Novuna customer care team to be unreasonable and nonnegotiable ,its was all about clawing back as much money as possible before the vehicle is sold on through their partners at the market.I will not use this company in the future and strongly recommend others not to use .
I've been personally leasing vehicles for more than 20 years but this was my first contract with Novuna.
My current vehicle was due its first service. Arranging the appointment online was really easy and I was actually sent to a Nissan main dealer really close to my home address.
The garage was professional, courteous and helpful. The Service was completed quickly and the vehicle was even cleaned for my return.
All in all the whole experience was really positive...would thoroughly recommend.
End of four year lease collection.
I had all the alloys redone, washed inside and out. The inspectors came for pick up, there were three of them. They looked at the car and said they can’t write a report as the car was not clean. I told them I had it washed two days ago. I then went around with a rag. They were there nearly an hour inspecting the car, one of them had a magnifying glass with him. They picked out a hairline scratch which was not visible on the bumper. So they billed me for £350. Also they said the service was done a month later than when it was due.
I have been leasing cars for many years and this is the worse experience I've ever had.
Please stay away form this finance company.
Worst experience with a finance company. Purchased an Apple Watch through Vitality Health and the finance was with these guys. Direct Debit set up..first month late payment letter with a £25 charge..more than the DD payment! So made additional payment and checked my DD which was all correct. Next month same thing. Every month they CHARGED me a late letter fee for 5 months until I just payed the bloomin thing off...for an EXTRA £125 of letter charges..I complained and only received £50 back. Avoid these guys
Trust Pilot seems to have nailed a true reflection of this woeful organisations operation. I applied for a loan through one of my companies having previously taken out and fully repaid much higher balances. Never missed any repayments, always settled early, yet they declined my application without giving a reason. My company has been established many years has a high net worth and a fine credit history. Arrogant, useless individuals. Avoid.
NOVUNA COMPLAINT
We had a bad experience with Novuna.
They said they sent a parking fine to us by post which we did not receive and unaware of any fine. So the parking fine went from £60.00 to £170 and then we received an invoice in the post.
So, my is argument Novuna should have sent the parking fine by post AND by email and then we would have had the chance to pay the fine before it escalated to £170.00. Novuna had no proof a reminder which was sent by post.
We made a complaint but nothings was done in our favour so I will now complain to the ombudsman to escalate this matter further.

Weird company applied for a loan got it all I had to do was sign the agreement but didn’t so applied again couple of weeks later and turned me down but I get accepted by other companies no problem plus I’ve had two finance packages with these in the past and never missed a payment …weird bunch ..
End of lease inspection is a complete scam, the inspector almost implied this was going to happen, and kept repeating thaybis was manufacturers defect.
As other people have stated, alleged poor body work repair, not visible to the naked eye (the car has never been repaired whilst in my possession) alloy corrosion, this should be under manufacturer's warranty, they won't entertain this, £1300 they want, half of which is not consumer caused.
I referred it to the bvrla after numerous attempts to solve my issues, novuna put a brick wall up. Bvrla came back on their side (shock,not !) My invoice has now been referred to debt collection so feel I have no choice but to pay, but I will take it further.
I will always make sure that I am supplied with a zebra board on delivery and will check the car monthly for defects under the warranty which is held by the vehicle and not the person, so whose making a profit!!!
Admin sloppy and slow, it needs 2 weeks to give you a settlement figure. 2 days for your files to update for a collection. Avoid
I had a problem with one of my vans that is being financed by Novuna and their customer support was very helpful. Quick taking my calls and with a genuine will to wanting to help efficiently. I want to thank especially Jordan that was dealing with my case and was going out of his way to help me out.
Too many subsidary Companies involved in the processes. We Leased 3 vehicles from them and decided to purchase them a few months before end of lease. We were given a settlement figure which was paid. The we find that they are invoicing excess mileage charges despite the fact we gave them the mileages at point of sale. Total disgrace and would never ever recommend to anyone, avoid like the plague.

He has consistently been there to assist me with any issues I've had with Novuna portal. Whether it was adding a damage case or requesting assistance he always responded promptly to my emails and worked tirelessly to help me out.
Overall, I am highly satisfied with the support provided by Gray Bradshaw.
His dedication to providing excellent customer/supplier service is commendable ,and I'm thankful for his assistance.
We had a van on 3 Years contract hire a inspector came From there Collection agent to look around the van he stated they want the van to go to the auction like new
Received a invoice for £828.00 claiming for small scratches also the ply lining witch was hardboard and not ply lining we paid for this ply lining in our monthly payments asked them to review the charges said they had and the case is closed judge and jury attitude keep away shocking customer care
I've been in dispute with Novuna for months over charges for work they claim was not carried out correctly by bodywork company Admiral used. The bodywork company say the work has been completed to industry standard. Novuna only provided one very poor quality photo, all requests for more evidence has been ignored. The repair was perfect to the naked eye, the inspector only picked up on it after seeing the paperwork I had left in the car. Instead of working with me to sort this by providing more photos they have handed it over to debt collectors. They haven't answer emails or phone calls in the timescale stated and have fobbed me off rather than help me resolve this
Took my lease car to body shop so it was mint for collection.. Novuna charged me £975 for minor scratches that couldn’t be seen with human eye using some tool they’re inspectors use to basically rip people off. I’d replaced a tyre for £60 which they said was illegal as had a tiny Nick on the side and charged me £160 for replacement.. they won’t negotiate Avoid them at all costs!!!!
