Excellent service. Could not have been more helpful or forgiving when I was running dreadfully late for my appointment. Have had a disastrous experience at another lab diamond company Austen & Blake that totally put me off lab diamonds until my husband convinced me to try again. So happy I did. Amazing experience
I visited the Brisbane showroom for an engagement ring and was assisted by April. She was very welcoming and friendly. She took her time explaining everything so I could make a better decision.
The final product was also amazing.

Novita Diamonds Parramatta has the best diamonds and the best customer service ever. I am a repeat customer that's bought two diamonds rings and a wedding ring and my experience with them is top notch. They're really friendly and accomodating. My last purchase I paid extra to fast track it and boy did they do their best get it on time, but Rashana at the Parramatta location went an extra mile by delivering it earlier then I expected. My husband and I visited a lab grown…
My husband and I visited a lab grown diamond store in the same building as Novita and we were not happy wit the customer service. So we headed to Novita Diamonds where we were treated with a warm smile and a friendly nature. Not only was the service better at Novita, but the prices were much cheaper. I wish we had gone to Novita first so we didn’t have to experience the terrible customer service at the other jewellery store.
