I ordered 1 x PlushTherm Robe | Soft Flannel Warm Bathrobe for Winter. It arrived yesterday and when I saw how small and lightweight the packet was, I knew I had a problem. I unpacked the robe and bears absolutely NO resemblance to the advertised product. I received a cheap , poorly made product, absolutely worthless. I followed their instructions to apply for a refund, which was to support@, guess what, it bounced back!! THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE, AVOID!!

Scam company do not use at all I ordered a mask from them was nothing like they advertised says on there site 30 day money back guarantee that’s a lie they tried giving me 10% of what I paid back and forth emails and they will not listen please please do not order from this company I with I read the reviews first absolutely fuming

I ordered a life like puppy 9/3/25 and it’s been sitting in CO for over two weeks with no movement, several back and fourth emails and they just keep telling me that they tracked my order and it’s in route. I’m so angry and frustrated. Worst company Ive ever dealt with. I’m guessing it’s going to be a crappy quality you and it was for my grandsons 4th birthday and they don’t seem to care. They stole my money and refuse to send me a replacement product even though I ordered well over a month ago. This company lies and steals your money. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, TERRIBLE IN EVERY WAY!!!

Waiting weeks for support cushion, which I really needed quickly. Haven't received yet, just wish I d read reviews first!!! Apparently coming from China

Hello Public. Please avoid these people. They are fraudsters. They sell a lie to the public. Every item you see on their website is fake. I mean, very fake. They use graphics to make it look nice, but its a lie. Transacting business with them has been my most horrendous experience. You can return any item you buy even though its fake. They put you in a box and offer you all sort of store credit to keep the item. I have reported this case to my credit card company to please refund my moneys.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Further to earlier review this dreadful company has offered me a ten percent refund. So the totally useless water soaked waterproof watch will still cost me 90 per cent of original price! Companies such as this are complete scams and they need outing.

By stating "fast delivery" and displaying a Union Jack
this company give the impression that they are in the UK but they are not. Deliver is not fast and then when the item arrives it's totally different to the one that was ordered. I should have read their reviews before rather than after which is a lesson learned.
I'm not going to try for a refund because it seems that would create even more stress .Please Don't buy from them.

AVOID!!! The product (portable car seat) is in very poor quality. Return and refund policy is totally a scam.

Like many other recent reviewers, my experience with Noviroa has been dreadful. I ordered a £60 large plush teddy bear, and after waiting three weeks, I received something completely different – a toddler’s bear costume stuffed into an A4 envelope. I am now stuck in a frustrating back-and-forth trying to secure a refund, with little to no progress being made. This company has shown zero reliability, accountability, or care for its customers. Save yourself the hassle – do not order from Noviroa.

Avoid this company at all cost!
They send you the wrong item which takes weeks to arrive, then refuse to refund your money.

I reluctantly appear to have been scammed by this company. They do not read emails and won't refund my monies.

Ordered 2 pairs of their shoes as they were on offer. I order them in a size "EU48" but they came almost 2 weeks later in size "EU40". tracking system was awful, the package was damaged and the shoes are completely crushed. Biggest problem overall is that they don't fit!

I've spoken to 4 different people now and they still won't give me a full refund.. offering 10% partial refund for shoes that don't fit me... Absolute joke of a company. The shoes are nothing how they look on the website either. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

DO NOT BUY FROM this place. The worst company I have ever come across. Ordered a child booster seat for holiday but didn’t arrive in time so I tried to cancel it. Was told I had to wait for it to arrive before I could return for a refund which I did, had to submit photos of unopened products and they STILL will not refund me after asking several times so now getting bank involved. Absolute joke of a business, total shambles

This is a total scam. The positive reviews are laughably fake. 100% SCAM. Product worked for about 2 hours. Seems to have less than 10% drive space advertised. Can't even use that now. Lost my data.

It is a nightmare to get refund.

Product didn't work as described and they do not respect 30 days return policy.
Unacceptable behaviour.They don't listen what you saying.
I would never use them if I knew that.
Horrible experience.
