Terrible cheap quality. Clingfilm has likely better properties than the plastic enclosures this company manufactures.

Utterly disgraceful quality.

Ordered replacement seals for a 4 year old shower enclosure. Once I got through to the sales team I ordered what I needed (a full replacement set of seals for Young 2GS). I was astonished by the high price of over £200 for six seals, including two magnetic. However I decided to order as compatible alternatives were hard/impossible to find elsewhere. Novellini took my payment straight away, but provided no confirmation of my order. After a couple of days I rang them back and asked them to email confirmation of my order, which they seemed surprised that I had requested, saying they send an invoice after despatch of goods.
I received notification the order was to be delivered by three separate couriers, when the first part arrive it was missing an item, so I rang Novellini and they arranged another delivery for the missing item. I also asked again for a copy of my order and was told I should get it but 'another department deals with that'.
The second part of my order arrived and it too was missing an item, so I had to ring Novellini again to send me the missing part.
I finally received all that I'd ordered almost 2 weeks after my original order was placed. At no point did I feel I'd got a proper apology from Novellini, just 'I'm sorry about that'.
With the inflated prices charged for replacement seals I would have expected excellent service, what I got was poor service and a couldn't care less attitude. Definitely would avoid in future

Rubbish products. An inbuilt shower tray failed after 3 years and the trap design is poor - plastic, doesn’t fit well just poorly designed. Novellini didn’t respond to emails and the shop I bought it from had shut down. I had to rip it out and put a new one in, much cheaper and much better quality.

l needed some spares urgently and contacted the spares sales team.
Mr Thompson was really helpful and guided me through identification of the exact parts I needed. I would say that this was invaluable for me and all credit to Mr Thompson

I’ve dealt with the company for many years. The quality of their products is very good and staff are helpful and responsive. I have a lot of their products and have had few problems.

From my initial email to payment the customer service was excellent. I had no idea of model or part numbers but Andror Thompson was brilliant and patient with all my questions and queries. He ensured that all the numerous parts were all correct and that they matched our existing ones. All I can hope for is that the parts department are as efficient as the customer support team.

I had issues with my shower in my new build. I contacted Novellini and dealt with Naz Haque who was excellent. He offered advice and provided me with all the information I needed to sort my issue out. Can't thank him enough for everything. Very happy

Spent a good sum of money upgrading an ensuite, including a Novosolid shower base and glass shower screen, thinking higher price meant better quality and service.
The base developed a hairline crack in under 3 years, the original plastic one lasted 25 years of 2 adults and 2 growing children.
I asked if they did a repair kit and if they did would they supply one as a gesture of goodwill bearing in mind it's age.
The reply was to purchase a kit, KITRNS-30, it was on Amazon at £175.

Novellini dealt with my issue which concerned a replacement shower screen, with excellent customer care. From the initial enquiry with Naz, which was forwarded to Shauni, Both were helpful and courteous. Goods arrived on time and fitted perfectly to the existing screen.

The level of response and eventual outcome of a major issue with a shower screen was excellent. The representative was very helpful, responsive and incredibly polite. Great outcome and this was down to the customer service.

Robert Dalton the friendly service engineer was very efficient and professional. I am grateful to Robert for resolving the problem with my shower door. Thank you for your excellent customer service

Bought a batch of Novellini shower cabins from showerstoyou.co.uk a few years back and have started replacing them all already. Absolutely terrible build quality compared with their competitors. What prompted me replacing this particular one was a failed cartridge that would have cost £200 and a 3 week wait to replace. Taken my lessons on this one and will stick to using Kinedo shower cabins instead which are slightly more expensive but have some that are 10 years old and still going with no failures and look great still.

Novellini dealt with our issue of shower screen replacement with excellent Customer Care. From the initial enquiry with Naz, which was forwarded to Shauni and finally Alan who was the fitter, every one of them was Professional and Courteous.
Could not fault them in any way whatsoever.

needed a few service parts for a shower enclosure which was no longer made. I dealt with Ross and Shauni both of whom were helpful and efficient. Ross managed went the extra mile to find the parts in the factory in Italy and Shauni processed the order very efficiently. all in all ten out of ten.

Alan and Shauni were first rate Brilliant technical support enabled me to resolve issues with my steam cubicle easily.
