The delay on the invoicing was on the distribution company side, that`s because we need the readings of your supply point in order to create the invoices, as long as we dont have them, we are unable to do our part in the invoicing process. When the distribution company sent us the readings, we made all de bills and sent to you at once, keeping in mind that you can split the payment as we understand that is not your fault to recieve the invoices with delay.
The price in comparison with Endesa today is going to be higher as the prices the electricity market have been droping since last year, we are now almost at half price from the moment you made your contract with us, our current prices is also the half of the last year prices as we have our TECHO PYMES fare that helps you to take advantage of all the market prices droping.
