Novakids has very excellent and friendly teachers. They create a positive learning environment that benefits children's progress and motivation.

The customer service team is handy and responds quickly. Their efficiency ensures that any issues or inquiries are promptly addressed, providing a smoother user experience.

Additionally, the app allows more than one child to benefit from the classes. This inclusivity is convenient for families with multiple kids who can learn together.
