Dishonest company no communication wrong item sent and not complete
Ordered the complete Ethiopian Bible that was supposed to be a 550 page book with complete audio files that was sent with it. Not only did they say my order was shipped when the tracking number given from USPS was untraceable nor did they release the package to them after 10 days the items still had yet to arrive after confirmation of email sent that said the item was shipped, I have reached out to the company via email atleast 20 times and with two responses. One that stated the item had been not shipped because they were producing more (after the email said it was shipped) then another email after I told them it was too late for the birthday gift that I was buying because now we are in 14 days after order…..
they then proceeded on ignoring those emails and shipping the wrong product.
They shipped a commentary and are now charging me for the incorrect product.
No email has been responded to for their return policy which states that a returns are accepted. I have emailed and reached out to affirm/ shop to settle the matter with no help from them just late notices. I refuse to pay for an item that is wrong or to a company who is completely dishonest with no communication. No acknowledgement…still haven’t received the audio files that were supposed to come with the correct item.
