Some problems signing up to premium membership
I wanted to get the benefits of their Premium membership, but when I went through the payment procedure, I got the message that something went wrong, and I had to try later.
A couple of days later I saw that they have made transactions from my creditcard.
I contacted their support team, and they got back to me the same day. I gave all bank information about transaktions, but it took almost 3 weeks before the payment was accepted by Novafile.
I don't know if the problems was because of the payment system they use or because of Novafile, but in the end I got the service which I have paid for, and it Works as intended.
