What a top class service, spoke to NGC with a couple of questions, they not only explained the process, the different hardware and what it means to me as a player, I was also made aware of a discount for the particular product I was looking at.

In the end I got 2 controllers with the mag hall effect sensors for less than what a ps5 controller would cost me brand new!

They arrived with Nova Monday the 12th and are being shipped back to me ready to go today (Wed 14th).

super great customer service really quick repair had alot of stickdrift bought the hall effect sensors asked to check up on my back buttons cause sometimes they stopped working shipping was really fast

These guys repaired my battle beaver controller which suffered from stick drift after 3 months of use!

Nova installed brand new sticks (Hall effect) and now it’s brilliant, set all my deadzones in-game to very low and there’s no stick drift whatsoever.

They also installed PS5 thumbsticks and they feel very nice, less slippery compared to standard PS4 thumbsticks (personal opinion) and just better grip.

They messaged me once the controller was done to show the progress they’ve made and it’s great, the following day they posted the controller and received it the next day. Great service. 10/10, already recommended Nova to some of my friends.

I'm so glad I managed to come across Nova Gaming Controllers tbh...

I was sitting on two PS5 controllers that was suffering from stick drift for a while and I figured I need to get them repaired because I can't keep spending a ridiculous amount of money on new ones. They managed to repair my controllers in less than a week! I sent them in on a Friday and had them fixed and sent back to me on Tuesday. Lee was in constant communication with me via emails too so I was reassured throughout. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I will definitely be coming back if it happens again that's for sure. :)

Any pointers? Just make sure that you send your controllers in decent enough packaging so that they can send them back in it.
