It's very bad
It's very bad, very bad. My phone doesn't work now for three weeks. Nobody can call me. I don't understand what to do. It's so bad service. It's so stupid. How the government allowed them to work like this?
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Be aware of this app. I was not even aware this app was on my phone, I have never used this app and don't even have an account yet I have been charged for 13 weekly subscriptions at £7.99 each. I have tried to reach out to customer support for a refund and I was sent 1 generic response email suggesting "I read the refund policy" and then have not heard anything back from. So as far as I am concerned this app is a scam and has zero customer service/support.
The company HubX advertises that it uses chat GPT & GPT4, this is the question I asked and the answer I received
HubX advertises your model as GPT4 and you are using GPT3
Hello! My name is Nova, and I'm an AI assistant developed by HubX. I'm powered by a state-of-the-art language model called GPT-3. My training data extends up until September 2021, which means I can provide information based on the knowledge available until that time.
I paid for pro version almost 2 months ago. They vanished my pro account without any reason. I asked for refund no response yet!
I have been scammed! Stay away.
I bought the PRO version and it works for about one day. After that I was downgraded to the free version.
The support is the badest support I ever contacted. It took DAYS till the answerd.
They promised to fix the issue but after again one day my account was again down to the free version.
€40,- for NOTHING!!!!!
I'm greatly dissatisfied with the level of customer service I've experienced. It's been 72 hours, and I'm yet to receive any feedback or a refund. Back in May, I invested in the PRO version, but to my surprise, 72 hours ago, it suddenly vanished. Now, they're requesting payment once more. This situation raises serious concerns. It's hard to comprehend how my subscription could be revoked just three months into a year-long service I've paid for. Such actions could easily be interpreted as fraudulent.
Have created a paid subscription, but found another service that suits my needs better. find that I can't get into the area where I can operate my subscription to cancel it, and can't get in touch with the developer. Completely nonsensical, and smells like a scam....
