Ordered sneakers on December 1st and they never came. Wrote to customer service on December 26th, they said they were held up at customs and would ship again. They never came. It has been 45 days, and now, customer service isn’t responding when I’m asking for a refund. This is clearly a scam.

The products are counterfeit which when challenged Customer Support responded that their products are “replicas”. Shoes were made entirely of synthetic materials and the smell of adhesive was overpowering.

If I could give it a ZERO star I would. I ordered a womens 8.5 and received a mens 7. These absolutely do not fit the same! Customer service is absolutely terrible, 10-15 minutes in between responses. In the mean time I confirmed with Nike that they are NOT an authorized seller or distributor for them! DO NOT ORDER from this company!!! Absolutely terrible experience. They won’t even send a shipping label to return this product when it’s their mess up! They provided me a VA address for return 7414 Newbys Crossing Dr, Apt H
North Chesterfield, Virginia 23235. I looked all this up and found multiple online sites running off the same address. One h*ll of a scam these people are running here!

This company took my money and I never received product. The company says its on the way but FedEx Ex number shows nothing has been sent. Do not buy from them unless you want to be scammed.

Zero stars. Do not buy anything from Nova Sabers especially hats. They ship hats in a plastic bag which ends up stuffed in your mailbox. The hat arrives broken and unwearable. What legitimate company ships hats in bags instead of a box? What a joke of a store. Stay away.

This company is a scam. Phone number is a non-working number. Address is a home in Virginia. They claim they accept returns, but don't provide a return address on their website. "If you wish to return the item, you are responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the courier of your choice. We will provide you with our return address." My son purchased these and lost $300 (there was a duplicate order and shipment). When he contacted them, they tried to give him a 25% discount. When he declined, they gave him a return address in Germany. The shipping and customs fee alone would not be cost effective and we would likely never see a successful return or credit. The Germany address does not to be legitimate as well. My son lost $300 to this scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. They have been reported to the FTC and FBI.

My son ordered a $60 light saber which turned out to be crap. We asked to return it, they gave us an address in Germany that I paid $26.95 to send. Apparently it sat in the post office in Germany for god knows how long, even though I let the company know where it was. And then, the light saber ends up back at my house. No one is helping us. All I want is for my son to get his money back. They have almost zero customer service and lousy product.

I bought the Duel set and I was doubtful they would come after seeing one of their reviews here, but I'm happily wrong and they arrive exactly when the app said. If you're looking for a good lightsaber to have fun with or use for cosplay, I really recommend you get them now before the end of the mouth. Also, They can change colors, well only a few like Red, Blue, light purple I think white, yellow, and my favorite green. The sound effects are pretty good too.

Company appears to be a scam, tried to buy products, was given a tracking number, but have not heard anything about it being shipped, nor have they emailed me back when I try to cancel the order.
