The training itself was great
The training itself was great, trainer was amazing, the only moan I would do is they didn’t inform me when the Bath College training sites was cancelled on the day of the training where I already booked a train return. Phoned up the customer service and sent me to Bristol training site instead, I have to take a cab from Bath to Keynsham, Bristol with my model with me as well. Very stressful day!

The online classes were easy to navigate and week structured so I felt I learnt a lot whilst being interactive. The products are excellent and the discount/ offers in kits with training are a great value for money. I’m so glad I converted to HD as now I can get my training, support, products and retail from one place.

I specifically asked if there were any deals coming up and was told no, however within a few days there was one .... considering what I spent I am NOT happy my loyalty to your company I expected better.

Really enjoyed the training
Really enjoyed the training, Hannah is Very knowledgeable, professional & down to earth lady.
She put my mind at ease quite a few times through out the training which I am very great full for.
I think the training would have been better if it was over a few more hours. To have lunch and come back and continue with applying lashes.
