Poor Communication
I have been purchasing Nourish Organic products for several years and have always appreciated the quality of their products. I continued returning to this company because I trusted the brand and expected the same level of quality, consistency, and customer care that I had experienced in the past.
Unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered four Ultra Hydrating Face Creams (Order #42727, placed on 05/21/2026) expecting to receive the same formulation and packaging as the face cream I had previously used. Instead, the product I received was different from what I expected, and I no longer wished to continue using it.
I made multiple attempts to contact Nourish Organic to request a refund and obtain return instructions. I emailed their support address on June 7, June 8, and June 9, 2026, and I also submitted a request through the customer service contact form on their website. In addition, I tried reaching out through Instagram in an effort to get a response and resolve the issue. Despite these repeated attempts through multiple channels, I have not received any response or acknowledgment from the company. I also encountered temporary delivery issues when trying to reach their support email address.
What has been most disappointing is not only the change in the product, but the complete lack of communication and customer support. After being a loyal customer for several years, I expected my concerns to at least be acknowledged and addressed. Unfortunately, the lack of response has made this experience even more frustrating.
A company’s relationship with its customers is built not only on the products it sells but also on how it handles problems when they arise. After years of supporting Nourish Organic, I am very disappointed that my experience ended this way.
Because of this situation, I will no longer be purchasing Nourish Organic products and will be looking for another company that values its customers, communicates effectively, and stands behind the products it sells.
