Kat was brilliant to work with
Kat was brilliant to work with, I had some personal goals of increasing muscle mass before working with Kat and she really helped explain and understand how we would get to those goals little by little. She was incredibly helpful at explaining how adding and making small changes to what I was eating would help me see some really good progress. As well as this Kat was great at understanding how to get the right nutrition in around a full time work and training schedule which meant I maybe didn’t have huge amounts of time to prepare food.
I would suggest to anyone looking for coaching and support around their nutrition to to work with Kat, she’ll get to know you and understand you personally and help make changes that actually suit you and are manageable.
