Amazing relaxing session

I had an amazing 1 hour relaxing “BEYOND TIME TREATMENT” at Nourished yesterday. With the combination of massage, meditation and light breathing techniques Maxime took off all the stress, negative thoughts from my shoulder and guided me to such a relaxed and meditative state that I literally needed a few minutes to land back on earth after. I can truly recommend her and this session to anyone who’d like to enjoy a great massage and relaxing 1 hour guided by a truly talented professional. You do not need any previous experience with meditation or breathwork, her guidance makes it super easy to follow and accessible for anyone. Sign up, lay down on the massage table, leave everything behind and enjoy!
