I've made a deposit to my Account and…

I've made a deposit to my Account and money has been deducted already but it's been more than 10 hours now I haven't received the deposit in my Noupia account and the support is not active to tell me why
I think this is a scam
I'll update my review once I receive my deposit

Terrible

Terrible! I can’t load a card when I have sufficient balance. Can’t take money out of my account. It’s terrible! Do not use!!
