Order from feb 8th and today date is 24 and they never shipped my order. When I emailed them they told me to wait because they didn’t get through January orders send outs??? Thats Ridiculous. Worst customer service and worst experience.

I like there products i have been a customer for 2+ years really enjoy the hair and beard oil, they work great and are priced good. although over the past 5 or so months it has been absolutely brutal to get a straight answer on when my order was finally going to be available and to ship. They seem to be going through a change with the way they ship and putting new ingredients in a product i already thought was great. Pushing the goal post for months and not giving truthful updates on why no one’s order is getting shipped is unprofessional, instead they seem to be using the time posting skits on social media… There products are 5 stars for me before this last couple months I thought the customer service was great too. That kind of growth isn’t a one day turnaround and it has taken months of behind the scenes work to dial in the final details so we can move forward strategically and sustainably.
On the communication side, I want to be clear that I personally check website inbox messages, emails, and TikTok inbox messages at least twice a day. Our standard response time is within 24 to 48 hours across all platforms, and we’re continuing to improve as volume increases.

I've ordered before and the shampoo and conditioner work very well, I can feel how well the shampoo cleans my scalp after scrubbing my scalp well with the shampoo. And the conditioner leaves my hair super soft In and Out the shower. I like the consistency of the Conditioner, very Thick, and spreads well on your hands to evenly distribute the conditioner.

Buying the shampoo with the subscription for the first time was a very long process it kept saying my address wasn’t available for shipping it me address was wrong it wasn’t wrong and it’s says international shipping so I really didn’t understand the problem when I took the subscription off it let me buy it which is very annoying because I don’t not want to be spending £10 shipping every time I want some more products

I ordered the shampoo, conditioner and texture powder and they all work great, i love the smell of the shampoo and conditioner and how it leaves my hair feeling soft and squeaky clean, the texture powder works well and has great hold throughout the day. Only small complaints I have was that the hole on the shampoo bottle makes a lot come out at once which makes the shampoo seem very runny and my texture powder wasnt filled 100% more like 60% but i dont really mind

I also wanted to touch on the two points you mentioned. The shampoo is designed to come out easily so you don’t have to squeeze the bottle. If you tilt the bottle slightly on its side, you’ll get the right amount without it pouring out too fast.
For the texture powder, each bottle is filled to 4.5 grams of product by weight in a 50 mL bottle. It’s not meant to be filled all the way so the powder can move and dispense properly. The fill weight is listed on the unit box as well. A little truly goes a long way with this product.

BEST HAIR PRODUCTS ON THE MARKET
All of Noun Naturals products are honestly amazing. I’ve tried the shampoo, and it leaves my hair feeling super clean. The conditioner makes it so soft. But the texture powder… that thing is on a different level 🤩. I don’t even know how to explain it. The bottle comes filled all the way to the top, and I don’t even have to use a full spray, the amount of texture it gives is actually crazy. Like almost too much, in a good way.
