Good product, but...

First order from NYH was a jacket for my father, and everything went well.

Second order, I ordered another jacket and 2 hats as gifts for family for Christmas. One of the hats was the wrong color/pattern. I had to return the hat through a portal for store credit which would have not covered shipping. I had to bring this up and was given a code for free shipping. The refund did not credit until after the hat was received, which ultimately resulted in not receiving the correct hat until after Christmas.

Third order, I ordered the Forest Frank knit jersey for my child. The order came timely, however, the jersey had an oil stain on the front chest area. I reached out to NYH asking for advice on how to remove the stain. Upon following their recommendations the stain was not cleared. NYH offered to pay for dry cleaning or see if they could replace the jersey. I requested a replacement, and was told they no longer had this jersey available. I asked for a partial refund and was given a 15% refund.

When things go well the product is good quality albeit over-priced. NYH communications are friendly, professional and generally timely. However, NYH's lack of consistency with fulfilling orders and inability to properly satisfy complaints warrants a 2 star review.

Still no order after 2+ months – extremely disappointing

I placed an order with Not Yet Home over two months ago. Since then, I’ve been repeatedly told that it would ship “by Friday” — week after week. But I still haven’t received anything. No tracking number. No clear answer. Just vague apologies and delays.

What makes this even more frustrating is that the brand presents itself as faith-based and value-driven. But where are those values when it comes to customer service and responsibility? I’ve been more than patient — and still, I’ve received nothing.

Now they’re announcing a new drop while I and others are still waiting for the last one. How can they justify selling more when they haven’t even fulfilled existing orders?

I’m not just disappointed — I feel misled. If you’re considering buying from them, be cautious and ask around first.
