Extremely long wait for a refund
I use this online shop at least once a year. Deliveries are ok (although slow). What I find frustrating is constantly having to chase up refunds for returns. This time is no different. I kept two items and returned one. I can see my return was delivered, signed for and accepted back two weeks ago, so where is my refund? There is no excuse for keeping hold of your customers money.

Courier or Forest shop claim my item was damaged beyond repair 3 weeks after ordering . I suspect theft as the trainers were limited edition and now selling online for an inflated figure. Disgrace
Deliveries disappear
You'll be lucky to get a quarter of the things you order, in my experience. Orders just disappear or are terminated without notice.
Great club, awful shop. Use at your peril.
Would not recommend purchasing
Have ordered twice from this store now. The first time the item was out of stock even though the sale went through. I had to contact them to ask where my delivery was only to be informed there was an issue with the stock room and they’d refund me the amount. Then I ordered goalkeeper gloves which arrived with a hole in the finger. I contacted customer service and was told that I needed to complete a form, print it and send it with the package and that my refund would be completed in 14 days. Very unhappy with the quality of items and from customer care.

Forest sweater nearly £40, most Ive ever spent on a jumper! Supporter since 1970. STITCHING FAULTY hole under arm. Said I had to package and take to post office (My time and effort!) I explained that I cannot access P.O. I suggested they set up a home collection (at their cost) convenient to me as it is their responsibility. This was not a mis-order but just poor quality product. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH CUSTOMER CARE. They could easily have made me happy and I may have given a glowing review and spent more money.
Don’t buy online
Don’t buy online, the customer after care is slow long winded and not very helpful and using Evri as your courier is a huge mistake imo. I emailed them online to be told I had to contact Evri ? When you can’t even get through to them, I’m sure the online team must have a quicker way of getting hold of Evri rather than let the customer do all the chasing around and not be able to get hold of a human. It’s either automated silly machines or emails now days what on earth is going on ?

Ordered a hat from the online store in plenty of time for my brother's birthday. Got a message from the delivery service a few days later saying they had it . Then nothing. I contacted the online shop who said it was 'out of stock'. When I said the courier did say they had it they said they 'would investigate'. I sent five further emails over the next few weeks but didn't get a reply. During this time the hat appeared in stock online, and at a reduced price. I wrote again pointing this out. I was ignored. Eventually (after writing again) they didn't address the fact it had come back in stock , was now a lower price and clearly no investigation carried out, They said it was out of stock and didn't know when it was coming in again. But I could 'get a refund then choose something else from the store'. Errrrr no thank you - you are a rubbish retailer, Give me my money back.

I called into the NFFC Megastore on the morning of 24th August, day of first Home Game of the new season. Obviously really busy and have to say how amazing, friendly and helpful the staff were. In particular, Bert was fab and helped me with everything I needed. A huge Shout Out! to the store and the team, such a credit to NFFC. You Reds!!!!!

Ordered Forest Hawaiian shorts and ordering online was a breeze, they turned up in an acceptable time too but we're faulty (hole in a pocket). Emailed to get a new pair but had to photograph them send them back first, no problem I did and asked for a replacement pair.
After about 10 days I had heard nothing so emailed and was emailed back quickly to say it can take 10 working days before the return was actioned. Not happy but accepted and waited, and waited. 12 days later nothing so another email which was again quickly replied to to apologise and say a refund would be actioned. I said I wanted a replacement but was then told I would have to order a new pair! This was over 1 months after my original purchase and now our of stock. Great! Good job the suns not shown it's face, nor have my legs 🩳!
Love the club but this was disgraceful, it's the closed season so they can't be that busy his help em when the new shirts come out.

Another venue that places profit above public health and safety.
We are attending a concert at the ground this weekend, and in preparation for our trip we checked the ground's policy on bringing water with us (hoping for a nice sunny day). Their policy is that absolutely no food and drink can be brought in as it is available to purchase inside the venue (so clearly profit motivated above anything else).
I then emailed the stadium to ask whether refill stations would be available for audience members to bring an empty water bottle and refill it. Here's where the policy gets even worse - the response was that plastic bottles cannot be brought into the stadium (clearly a significant risk of harming somebody with a plastic bottle!) even if empty, so you either have to buy a bottled drink if you want to take it into the performance area, or you have to go back and forth to water stations to refill cups - I can see that being popular in the middle of a concert!
So, basically they are saying that you can't bring a refillable drinks bottle with you in order to stay hydrated and avoid disturbing other concert goers, instead you either have to forego water or you have to go back and forth frequently (especially if it's hot) simply to maintain a healthy level of hydration.
Utterly disgraceful in this day and age when the dangers of dehydration are well known. It's no wonder you read and hear of concert audiences fainting, it's clearly got nothing to do with over-excitement at the act and all down to concert venues being more concerned about how much money they can make selling drinks.
However good the concert is I won't be returning to this venue in the future if this is how they treat paying customers.
