Compared with my previous foam topper, this latex one feels more responsive and less "stuck". Getting out of bed is easier.

The topper did not fully expand for about 48 hours, but after that the surface felt even and comfortable.

I appreciate that the product pages explain the difference between Dunlop and Talalay. It helped me pick the right firmness for my weight.

The mattress edge does not collapse when I sit to put on shoes. That was a pleasant surprise for a bed-in-a-box style product.

The pillow I received was slightly firmer than I imagined, but after a few nights it worked well for back sleeping. The smell on opening was mild and gone within a day.

Bought a Dunlop latex topper to soften a firm mattress. After two weeks it still feels supportive but adds enough cushion for my hips. The cover is simple but breathable

Ordered a Talalay medium pillow from Not Swiss Cheese. The loft felt just right for side sleeping and the latex bounce helped me change position easily. Delivery took about a week and the packaging was compact.

Ordered the Dunlop firm pillow as I have been regularly waking up with a cricked neck and pain the day after for weeks now. I was worried it might be too firm but am a side/back sleeper so trusted the company advice thst this was the best type for me. I have had the pillow 6 weeks now and it has transformed my life. I havent had a cricked neck once and I have slept so much better. The pillow arrived within 2 days, there was no smell to it and from the first night it was such an improvement. I was surprised but really pleased that it was so good. 5 stars from me.

I’ve tried memory foam, feather, and cheap latex before, but this Not Swiss Cheese Talalay pillow is on another level. It keeps its shape, doesn’t flatten by morning, and my partner says I snore less now (probably because my airway is better aligned). A bit pricey, but I’d rather invest once than replace a pillow every year.

I ordered the Talalay medium-firm pillow after months of waking up with a stiff neck. Within a week I noticed a real difference—my head stays supported but it doesn’t feel like a brick. The cover is soft and breathable, and I haven’t had that “hot pillow” feeling at all. Delivery took about 5 days, which was fine for me. Worth the price if you care about sleep quality.

Upgraded from a cheap supermarket pillow and the difference is obvious. My neck feels more supported, and I don’t have to keep fluffing it during the night. It did have a slight rubbery smell at first, but that faded after airing it out for a day. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is the price—it’s an investment, but so far it feels like a good one.

Bought the latex pillow from Not Swiss Cheese recently and have been using it for a few weeks now. Honestly love the purchase! It has good support but doesn't feel rock hard, and it doesn't flatten out like regular pillows. The quality for the price is extremely nice.

Overall very happy with the purchase and would totally recommend!

I ordered a white talalay latex foam pillow through Amazon, and I received the shipment on time, and the pillow takes a couple of days of breaking into, but it has been great for my neck, I have severely thin discs on my neck and this has provided excellent support.

I’m really impressed with the Not Swiss Cheese latex pillow. It feels incredibly comfortable and supportive without being too hard. I especially like how well it supports my neck while still feeling soft enough for a good night’s sleep.

The latex material also feels much cooler than my old memory foam pillow, and it keeps its shape throughout the night instead of going flat. The quality feels excellent and the pillow looks and feels very well made.

Overall, a great choice if you’re looking for a comfortable, supportive and breathable latex pillow. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.

I ordered a pillow on June 12th, which was apparently dispatched by Royal Mail on June 13th. When it didn’t arrive after a couple of weeks, I left numerous voicemails on a landline and mobile - but received no reply. I also left messages on the company website, as well as texting and emailing, but still had zero response. Eventually I got my money back through chargeback with my credit card company. Today - 38 days after placing my order, I received a Shopify message saying my pillow had been delivered. There’s no sign of it anywhere on the property 🤷‍♀️Royal Mail tracking showed ‘proof of delivery’ - a photo supposedly of my parcel sitting among other parcels in what looked like a sorting office - definitely NOT my house!! Luckily I screenshot this ‘proof of delivery’ image, as minutes later the tracking said it had been removed 🤔 I’m not sure who is worse - Not Swiss Cheese for not responding to my numerous messages, or Royal Mail for failing to deliver my parcel to my address. I would not order from this company ever again!!

Edited at the end-Absolutely terrible customer service. Had to send 2 emails to get instructions on how to return the pillow. Sent it back as instructed, forwarded tracking number and delivery company, then emailed another 2 times to get an update on getting reimbursed but not heard anything back. £75 for the pillow and £13 to send it back, so looks like im £88 down.
Edit-The next day to this i did receive a full refund of £75.
I will say the pillow was of good quality but it just didnt suit me unfortunately.

Ordered 19th March and still nothing. Tracking on shop app shows no progress from order status. No answer to multiple emails, instagram message and phone line seems to always be closed. Will have to go through bank to get money back.

Ordered nearly a month ago and no sign of my order. No response to emails, website query form or on the phone. Did leave a negative review on their website but notice it's been taken down along with a couple of others that also had not received their orders
