I really don't advise anyone to use this website. I ordered a perfume in a gift package. 1) the order came late 2) the package was literary destroyed (unfortunately I can't add pics in order to show you how it was) 3) when I tried to talk with the support department they were very slow in responding and super unprofessional, they only offered me a voucher of 5 euro valid for 3 months, which you cant buy nothing with it, so in this case, I will have to make another order with them with a bigger value, and when I told them to refund me the money directly they refused.

Non consiglio davvero a nessuno di utilizzare questo sito. Ho ordinato un profumo in una confezione regalo. 1) l'ordine è arrivato in ritardo 2) il pacco è stato letteralmente distrutto (purtroppo non posso aggiungere foto per mostrarvi com'era) 3) quando ho provato a parlare con il reparto di supporto sono stati molto lenti nella risposta e super poco professionali , mi hanno offerto solo un buono di 5 euro valido per 3 mesi, con il quale non puoi comprare nulla, quindi in questo caso dovrò fare un altro ordine con loro con un valore maggiore e quando ho detto loro di rimborsarmi i soldi direttamente hanno rifiutato. assolutamente una truffa

It always cancels the payment from Paypal. The Paypal said it was confirmed. Then nothing is updated; if you go back to Notion, you would see the order never succeed. But if you don't notice, you will keep on waiting for your package, meanwhile, miss the opportunity of your promotions!

Ho fatto un ordine su notino e 3 prodotti non hanno una qualità adeguata! 1) matita per sopracciglia ricoperta di sostanza bianca, sembra che sia vecchia
2) la lacca ha un odore disgustoso che vomito letteralmente quando l'ho usata
3) il fondotinta ha l'odore dell'olio di girasole scaduto e in precedenza avevo questo fondotinta e non avevo tale odore. Sono sicuro che non l'hanno tenuto correttamente ed è una delle ragioni per cui è diventato cattivo.

Li ho contattati, per cui hanno risposto che la risoluzione può essere data solo se i miei prodotti supereranno il processo di verifica. Non ho capito, per verificare cosa? E se secondo loro tutto va bene, allora sto mentendo? Come faccio a sapere che il team di verifica non sarà di parte?

Non consiglio a Notino.it per i seguenti motivi:
1) la qualità dei prodotti non è appropriata
2) il processo di restituzione è ridicolo e complicato
3) possono solo sostituire il prodotto o fornire il buono bonus, di cui non ho bisogno perché sto lasciando il paese
4) le spese di spedizione del reso sono a carico del cliente
5) l'agente clienti con cui ho parlato era scortese e non mi ha lasciato dire una parola continuando a parlare della verifica
6) paghi l'assicurazione per i prodotti, che non ti dà nulla!

Purtroppo non posso rispedirgli i prodotti perché in caso di loro "verifica" l'esito non sarà a mio favore, dovrebbero rispedirmi i prodotti. Ma presto lascerò il paese, quindi non potrò riceverli indietro + spreco soldi per la consegna.
Ho appena sprecato i miei soldi con Notino.
Se vuoi risparmiare, vai nel negozio offline.

I made an order on notino and 3 products don't have appropriate quality!
1) eyebrow pencil covered in white substance, seems that is old
2) hairspray has disgusting smell that i literally vomit when i used it
3) foundation has the smell of expired sunflower oil and I had previously this foundation and didn't have such smell. I am sure they didn't store it properly and it's a reason of it becoming bad.

I contacted them, for which they answered that resolution can be given only if my products will pass verification process. Sorry, to verify what? And if according to their opinition, all is good, then I am lying ? How do I know that verification team will not be biased?

I do not recommend Notino.it to for following reasons:
1) quality of products are not appropriate
2) return process is ridiciuolus and complicated
3) they can only replace product or provide the bonus voucher, which I don't need because I am leaving the country
4) delivery costs of return are on customers
5) customer agent that i spoke with was rude and didn't let me to say a word keeping telling about verification
6) you pay for insurance for products , which gives you nothing!

Unfortunately, I can't send them back products because in case of their "verification" the outcome will be not in my favour, they supposed to send me back products. But I am leaving the country soon, so I won't be able to receive them back + I would waste money for delivery.

I just wasted my money with Notino.
If you want to save your money, just go in offline shop.
