I’ve received a fake & have been given no refund for it!
I’ve been ordering same same Mancera fragrance for years, and the one I recently purchased from Notino is not authentic - It lacks the same longevity & punch of the genuine brand.
I’ve reached out to Mancera and they confirmed Notino are not official reseller partners with Notino which explains a lot.
I’ve asked for a full refund but haven’t heard anything back, so please avoid the same mistake as I made!!

Disgraceful Company!!!
Absolutely appalling customer service. I was sold a product that wasn't as advertised. Notino failed miserably in dealing with the issue.I have had to report the matter to Trading Standards.
I would strongly suggest that you avoid, at all costs, purchasing from Notino.
