Ordered from here few times, and never had issues. However, the last experience was extremely bad and rather cancelled my whole order. Ordered item was not on stock, contacted me, placed a new order, which never took off. After 1 week waiting Ive contacted them, and I got an answer that the payment method I've chosen is not working after issuing new order, so I should pay with my card. The thing if they tell me this upfront I would have paid with the payment method they needed, but this was such a let down, I don't think I will ever buy from here again.

They do Black Friday scam!
I know because I buy the same product every month for the same price on Notino. And a little bit before Black Friday they raise the price and make it look like a Black Friday offer for a price that is even higher than before :((

I ordered a bunch of stuff and one items was missing. When I called customer service, I was promised the item back or a voucher instead. Never got anything back, not even email with updates. Quite disappointing.

Used to be a great company, I used them for years. I don't know what happened now, but their rude, unhelpful customer service refuses to send my package already for a week, because I changed a phone number, and they insist to use my previous phone number which is already void. This is unreal.
Notino's excuse is that allegedly PostNord is not accepting my new phone number, which is untrue, cause I have PostNord delivering on average 2-3 packages to me weekly, with no problem. Notino suggested I use GLS instead PostNord, even though it's more expensive (which I actually agreed to in this case, and Notino a week later still has not processed my order), however this unbelievable excuse raises the red flag on favoring one courier over another by Notino.

I bought 2 Estee Lauder cleansers and 1 Lancaster cleanser. All are fake!

Dont buy perfume!!!!!
I have always been happy with my orders on here. Never suspected a fake item. Until I bought perfume and recieved a counterfeit!!!! When I contacted coustumer service with my issue they were not very helpful, they finally said I could return the bottle since I did not spray to much but that I will pay the delivery myself(??)!!! So they sent me a counterfeit item and want me to pay to return it. Im guessing to sell it again and hope the next buyer will not find out!!! Will not trust Notino again and i am advising you and everyone else to choose a different place to shop. I am sure they will claim that I am lying now since a chosse to go public with my experience but any how, this is just a kind warning !!! I wasted money on this and wish that you dont make the same mistake :(

I bought a perfume box set and added a mascara so I didn't have to pay postage & packing. The mascara didn't turn up. I am now phoning (at extra cost as I have to phone Ireland) and emailing to no avail. NOTINO are asking me to send photos of the box it came in. I had already disposed of it. Who takes photos of a box when it arrives other than DPD? I feel the company doesn't believe me and have no intention of sending me the goods that I have paid them for. The lady advisor on the phone was basically telling me if I cdnt prove I didn't receive the mascara (HOW DO I DO THAT?) then they will not send me my mascara. This is truly a terrible customer service. I am appalled

I found all the products I needed, but a big disadvantage is having to pay for very expensive shipping after spending over 70 EUR.

I’ve ordered from Notino quite a few times, twice more recently. One item arrived broken and they replaced it for me with no issues whatsoever. The customer service is fast and they are really nice. I’ll definitely continue buying from Notino.

I like that Notino provides a variety of products for everyone's needs.

Sadly no mobil pay, slow shipping and pretty expensive shipping costs. Strange way to upsell insurances for damaged goods. And a strong drive to make you create an account instead of just focussing on great overall shopping experience.

I ordered my parcel 4th of august and received that 18th of august .I paid delivery cost . it’s Very very poor service .if you make any purchase with them make sure you you have 3/4 weeks time . Order No. 9511702791

SELLING FAKES - WIFE HAS USED SAME PERFUME BEFORE NO ISSUE - NOTINO SUPPLIED A DARKER PERFUME BELIEVED TO BE FAKE. WIFE CAME OUT IN A RASH ALL OVER WHERE IT HAD BEEN SPRAYED. REPORTED TO ACTION FRAUD AND TRADING STANDARDS. WENT TO PAYPAL UNDER THE 180 DAY PROTETCTION AND THEY TOOK FAVOUR OF NOTINO - NOTINO STATED THAT I ALTERED OR REPAIRED THE PRODUCT (ITS PERFUME). ARGUED WITH PAYPAL AND GOT A FULL REFUND - STAY CLEAR OF NOTINO......NOT TRUSTED AT ALL....ITS CHEAP FOR A REASON!!

This is my first ever bad review, but I must warn others to stay away from this company! They have stolen my money! I've made an order at the end of April that never arrived. I've sent an email to their support team. I was told that my purchase was sent back to them and they will refund me once they receive it. Well, it been almost a month now and I've sent two more email which were completely ignored!

I am currently pregnant with triplets and staying in hospital and this situation made my blood pressure sky high and now I am in the risk of the pre term labor all thanks to these scammers!

Please avoid!!!

Great service! I was sure i got an unreal Creed GIT but it was amazing and a great batch number!!! Im really impressed of Notino because i had my doubt about the site but i can say now 100% that I'm happy with my Buy.

My questions were responded very quickly and also the delivery was really fast. High quality packaging. Overall, totally satisfied with the experience.
