Excellent Trustworthy Website, order was delivered timely since i ordered aftershave thrice.
3rd time i didn’t like the smell of the that aftershave CDNIM so i just simply selected returned the opened box 🗃️.
Even though i paid for return postage still it’s worth it.
My amount refunded within 5 days.

Product “delayed in sorting” for weeks. Still not arrived.

I am really disappointed with my parfume, the smell doesn’t last longer than 5 minutes, when you apply it barely smells at all, after 5-10 minutes you can’t even tell you sprayed any parfume on you, no one can notice as well. It feels like I threw 80£ in the water. I contacted to the customer service and no reply so far

Terrible experience.

Placed an order - never arrived although Evri said it had been delivered. Immediately took it up with Notino customer services and I got an automated message that they are too busy to respond immediately. A month later and they still haven't responded to me despite multiple chases.

They have taken my money, not delivered anything and are now ghosting me. Terrible experience, will never use again.

Starry nights was not long lasting as the original, feels like its spam, not going to buy from notino again.

I bought a perfume, after 2 days I receive a notification from Notino and from the delivery company that my order has been sent ..... after 3 weeks I wrote to them what is happening with my order , they replied that my order was lost and if I want they will send me another one or give me my money back ... I chosed to send me another one, their answer was that they no longer have it in stock !!! Wtf !!!
What a shame of company!!! They don't even offer a small attention to the customers affected by their lack of seriousness!!

Ordered hair products. The products never got delivered. Still waiting for a refund 3 weeks after. Company is non responsive so now to contact my bank.
Would definitely not recommend or reorder.
