I had an extremely bad experience with notino, i used to buy all my cosmetics items from them until my last purchase, i bought artdeco concealer which is turned to be totally empty inside, so simply no liquid stuff inside only package, even no traces of leaking, everything was nicely packed looked new, and unfortunately i found it out only one month later when i unpacked it, i‘m confused how come sich stuff happen with such a big brand, is it fake? But the package looks exactly the same, does notino cheat customers? Was i buying fake products from them all that time, i will stay away from buying from Notino! Never again!

Best online shop, best prizes, i love it!!!!!

I had to return a perfume cause I ordered a wrong one. I returned it at the store (Donau Zentrum) and it took one month to get my money back! They didn't tell me anything during that time so I had to reach to them several times only to hear "be more patient". This is really poor customer service and I am disappointed because I used to like Notino...

I am very satisfied with everything I've ordered till now at Notino and that is really much... They are amazing. Prices are the best ever, they offer also a lot of sales. I really recommend them, Notino is the best!

The service is super nice & friendly and very fast in responding. Delivery is very quick and there have any been any issues so far. The prices are mostly so much better than in a regular store. I absolutely love it!

i cant send email, all test are siccessless. i called your lady in Kittsee, she told me send to Kittsee but this is also negativ . i sent my Money and if you write me agin - pay otherwise we must elete your order !!!! I Paid and cant get any Connection. your office in Kittsee told me she cant check - it must be done via Germany . i tried again - also all is negative

one week ago I ordered a bottle of Mancera - Black to Black.
shipping was great as usual. however upon unboxing, a few things struck me as odd.

- the folding of the wrapping was very bad and beneath the cellophane I could see a lot of dirt/dust. it looked like a half-assed attempt of repackaging. i cannot imagine that a company like Mancera lets items like this slip through.

- the opening of the sprayer has a different color (white) than the sprayer-opening of every single bottle (black) i can find pictures of online.

- funnily, 2 days after i placed my order, all mancera-products were stripped from the notino-websites (.at & .de domains). I contacted the customer service whether or not the Mancera products will be available again, but i have yet to receive an answer.

I've ordered quite some stuff from notino but this is the first time i really doubt the authenticity of a product. it just doesn't feel right.
the scent smells good, however i had no previous experience with this particular fragrance (blind buy), so i will refrain from blatantly calling it a fake and give them the benefit of the doubt.

as for now, I still have to suggest to order your Mancera bottles from somewhere else.
