I have had so many beautiful dresses from this shop and people complimented me all the time. However, When i got pregnant, I bought 5 sets of their muslin gauze nursing sets. They are actually very comfortable, beautiful, but they tore so easily!! Especially at the armpit and areas between the legs. For a set thats so expensive, this is unacceptable, especially when this is marketed to moms who have to do alot physically. If you have nannies and helper and you dont need to do much movement throughout the day, this may be for you.

**1 Star – Extremely Disappointing & Expensive Return Process**

Ordering from this company was a huge mistake. I ordered two dresses and ended up paying close to **$100 just to order and return them**.

* Over $20 in tariffs
* $52 for a return shipping label
* Additional outbound shipping fees added after the return
* Restocking fees per item
* Processing fees

Even though my original order qualified for free shipping, they retroactively charged shipping once items were returned. None of this was made clear upfront, and customer service showed zero flexibility or accountability.

This feels misleading at best and predatory at worst. A good company would waive some fees or offer a partial refund when costs spiral this high, but instead they hide behind policy and offer no real support.

I will **not recommend this company to anyone** and will actively warn friends about the true cost of ordering and returning items. If you value transparent pricing and fair customer service, shop elsewhere.

I ordered a pair of pajamas and a robe from Nothing Fits But. The shipping was EXTREMELY fast to me in California-- I received the items from South Korea in less than 1 week. I did have to pay an import/tariff of I believe 15%, collected through DHL. The quality of the pajamas and robe is very good. Fit was accurate based on the listing on their website. The items look exactly like the pictures.

When my daughter and I wear Minji and Yunji dresses together, my daughter absolutely loves it. These dresses are so cute yet elegant. NFB is just PERFECT for mommy and me look.
It's not just the dresses, the pajamas make me cozy and beautiful at home.

I've gifted my friend who just gave birth. I got her like a PJ set that are meant to be for nursing and a matching onesie for her baby daughter. She was so happy so she ordered several more items.

The Zimmermann of maternity dresses. I always enjoy their dress although I am not pregnant. I always get comments whenever I am in NFB dresses!

Absolutely stunning designs and exceptional quality! I ordered the Kiko Dress as my first purchase from Nothing Fits But and was thoroughly impressed — the fabric, the print, everything was just perfect. I’ll definitely be buying from them again.

If I could rate this a zero I would. This is a terrible company. I bought a dress from amazon when I was pregnant for maternity photos and I liked the dress despite it being pretty pricey. I bought some more direct from the website thinking they would be the better option and they have been a true NIGHTMARE to work with. I didn’t like three of the four dresses but it’s basically impossible to return the overly expensive dresses. Despite advertising FREE DHL SHIPPING on the banner of their home page it’s far from free. You have to pay your own returns all the way to south korea—spoiler alert—it’s almost the price of a dress to do that!!! Then they deduct a re stocking fee of $6 PER ITEM. Then, as if that wasn’t insulting enough they deduct $25 for the allegedly free DHL shipping. I have never ever seen a company back charge you for free shipping upon return. They are horrible and predatory/

Basically taking advantage of pregnant women by not transparently disclosing their horrible return policy. Long story short: returns are almost not an option.

Do not order if you are based in Europe! You end up paying shipping, taxes and return costs on you own, even though the advertise "Free Global shipping" on their website. In my case this meant costs of around 90€.

You’ll lose 50% of what you paid if you decide to return the item. Had I known this needs to be shipped back to korea, I wouldn’t have purchased it. You’ll pay for international shipping fee, for one dress, the cheapest was $45 plus they’ll deduct $15 for shipping it to you. Unless you really like the dress, go for it.

First impression of the company was great - got the customer service support to receive my order by Express which made me very thankful as I wanted a dress for an event.

However, one of the 4 items was missing in the receiving parcel. I informed the company which state all in their packaging process had happened correctly - they said the have video proof, the weight they measured shall be correct and so on.
I then expected the parcel to have been re-packed by DHL? The package was not received pretty, but not suspiciously looking as it had been opened or such. DHL however says that I need to make a claim with Nothing Fits but, and NFB say I shall contact DHL.

So I am in a loop of no support. This is very messy and I am so sad as it was not a cheap dress.

Pls pls don’t order from them . I ordered 3 dresses from them to the uk and ended up paying £76 on import duty that’s ridiculous. I haven’t received the dress yet but I’m only reading negative reviews for them .

These dress's are not fit for purpose. My husband bought me one last Christmas when I was pregnant as I saw an influencer advertise them and thought they were very pretty. It ripped at the seam from hip to knee when I bent down to change my pet's water bowl 3 days after Christmas day. Granted I was pregnant, but i wouldn't have said that the dress was small on me and they are literally advertised towards pregnant women as being able to last you throughout. Needless to say my husband contacted customer service and they said they'd only send a new one out if we paid an additional $40 on top of the initial $125 we'd already spent on a dress that lasted 3 days. We chose a different dress this time, a flowy one that had more room around the legs and hips, but surprise, surprise that one ripped as well. I've kept the dress's and regularly have my mum sew them up for me as i honestly don't want $165 to go to waist, but if i'm honest i've had $10 dress's that have lasted me longer and have been better quality. If you want my advice don't waist your money, they have a lot of improvements to make on their products, but it appears that they're only really bothered about one purchase's. Shame really they are very pretty looking dresses, and look beautiful on, if the quality was fit for use, id of bought more by now.

I hate to write negative reviews but I feel people need to know about the new COUTURE MUSLIN SET in EGGSHELL. It ripped in 2 places on the very first try on when I received it. They basically said it was my fault and that they would exchange the top part for $40 shipping. I feel the chest area is sewn very strange as the top panel falls across the breast area (not below and not above) and it feels very uncomfortable. I feel that for the high price of this item, it should not rip in the first 5 minutes. Since this was a new pre order item, I feel they will receive many more complains about this item.

I ordered two dresses, one after the other (Hina dress, then Akina). The Hina dress has a firm fabric and feels durable, but the Akina has a ripped seam after a week allready. The fabric is lighter and not as strong. I was disappointed after having such a positive experience with my first purchase, and I will probably look for other alternatives next time.
Not worth the price I paid.

I ordered from Canada and my dress was here in 1 week - no extra duties or surprise shipping costs. Well packaged and the quality is amazing. Even better in person! Would 100% recommend and plan to buy from them again.
For reference I bought the Kiko dress in ichika print in my normal pre-pregnancy size small and it fits beautifully ( 22 weeks pregnant and 36 DD bust)

The clothes are really pretty but customer protection is nonexistent.

One of the three items I bought, a pair of children’s pants, broke after only two wears (worn in total for maybe 6 hours and not for rough play). When I contacted the company for a solution, they basically blamed me for the item breaking and would not offer a refund or replacement. A couple of emails later, I was offered a refund in store credits.

At this price point, clothes should definitely not be falling apart after a few hours and customer service should be stellar. Since it’s an international order, it’s very difficult to file an official complaint so please be aware of that.

While this was a one star experience I’m adding an extra star since the dresses I bought have held up so far and they are beautiful. I might be willing to risk buying from them again if all my other items last.
