Have seen a lot of similar brands offering inspired fragrances and they've really never lived up to it. I've tried some samples and honestly impressed. My wife couldn't tell this difference.

So easy to order, get told when order I way & it doesn’t take long to arrive. Had people stop me & say how lovely I smell & what is it. So so pleased with purchases & shall carry on using Noted Aromas as I think the scents smell gr8 for fraction of price

Zero customer service and no replies
Everything arrived on time but the squirty nozzle on the bottle doesn’t work and I can’t use the aftershave. These things happen and that in itself isn’t an issue - I just need to return it and get a new one. However, it’s impossible to contact anyone about it. I’ve sent 4 emails now and had no reply after a week. So the customer service is basically non-existent. How hard is it to respond to an email?

I loved the 5ml New York which had…
I loved the 5ml New York which had intensity and staying power. I was then given the 100ml by my partner which was very inferior. It lacked the qualities of the 5ml. Very disappointing. I don’t use it. I contacted Noted.aromas but had no response. I thought I’d risk buying the 50ml size and it’s much better. Much more like the sample size. Overall I enjoy their scents but they must work on consistency.

Poor.customer services
I ordered some perfumes from noted Aromas and was delivered after one week bottles smashed inside the package. I emailed the company, no response. Very disappointed the way they were packed just in a cardboard box knowing its glass bottles. I am still trying to get in touch with them, no luck. Good perfumes poor customer services.
