Im so dissappinted.

Bangkok /havana shwr gel are ok but berlin and milan are horrible. Nothing to them. No depth of any notes at all

Def no Aroma.

Have a good few scents from Noted Aroma and they all are excellent. Have had quite a few compliments on a number of them. Some of them even smell better than the scent they are based on having had the originals before. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I placed an order (#1537202) in October 2025 that never arrived. To be helpful and support the business, I agreed to take an e-gift card instead of demanding the cash refund I was legally entitled to.

I was given a 3-month expiry window, which they later sent a blanket email extending to 1 year. However, when I went to use it within that year, the code failed.

I have sent multiple customer service emails, messaged them on social media, and sent a formal complaint giving them 7 business days to respond. I have been completely ghosted by the team.

They have kept my money, never delivered my goods, and have now locked me out of my store credit. It is an absolute disgrace to treat cooperative customers this way. Avoid this company.

Ordered before the deadline for Father’s Day delivery. Delivered two days late. Messaged on their website on the Monday and still no reply. Really poor customer experience.

However 1 week after Evri confirming they wasnt able to deliver due to the item being damaged beyond repair in transit , noted aromas have failed to respond to 2 emails i have sent them.

Amazingly this was the auto response to my 2nd email, bearing in mind i have not recieved the 3 bottles i have paid for.

So even though i havent received anything from them i am told they will just push my enquiry back in the queue.

No contact number to speak to anyone, they have taken my money but dont care.

Its a shame because the fragrances are really good, clearly they dont invest as much effort in customer service.

I am quite disappointed and frustrated because I ordered a mix-and-match bundle for Father's Day. I was informed that it arrived broken beyond repair by the local courier service, and since then, there has been no communication. My emails have gone unanswered and I see that many other people suffer the same. I had planned to purchase larger bottles, but that is no longer an option. I would not recommend shopping here!!!!

Fast delivery & perfumes smell just the same but much cheaper 😊

Great product!! . . . Bought Ankara which is not only an excellent copy of Penhaligan’s best seller, “Halfeti” but it really lasts!! . . . I sprayed it in the morning and I could still smell it at 9pm in the evening

The sample pack of 5 Oud fragrances was great value and gives plenty of applications to test on your skin to judge the performance and wearability.

I am do glad I was introduced to your site, it has allowed me to try out so many new perfumes before buying the bigger bottles. The fragrance lasts all day unlike the extortionate named brands

I return to Noted Aromas again and again, and now my husband has just ordered two more 50 ml fragrances after trying 5 x 5 ml size to see what he preferred. He already had Athens and loved it, so now has ordered Melbourne and Zanzibar. He would really like a Noted Aromas version of Aqua di Gio please!

Ordered some perfume on 3rd June and it has still not been delivered. I’ve emailed and response was slow. I’ve emailed again and no response at all. They’ve taken £65 of my money and not provided the perfume. Very disappointed.

Ordered x3 bottles of aftershave for Father’s Day turned up at collection point with one absolutely destroyed smashed. I declined the order and it has been sent back, have sent 3 emails to noted aromas to sort out my refund and have been ignored every single time. I’ve never had an issue with this business until now and I am so disappointed and frustrated.

There are some good offers on all fragrances and they all smell amazing

First time purchase of two 100 ml examples were exceptional good value and suprisingly great aromas.

I intend to try some more on offer.

I have bought 5 perfumes so far at Noted. Top of the ones i bought is prague as I received lots of compliments from it then olympia and ankara. I bought Paris recently but it’s not good at all no scent in it after seconds of spraying.
I wouldn’t advise anyone to get Paris
