Great quality, quick response from customer service! During a busy season they took quite long to ship my order but once I got the tracking number, it didn't take too long to get to me in Northern Europe.

The design and theme are impressive, and the quality is excellent 👍🏻

Website said they would be able to change my order if I reached out within 12 hours. I did.

Took forever to respond to emails, not the 3 days they promise on their website.

Sent the wrong journal. The policy on the website says they will do return/refunds within 30 days if not satisfied with purchase. Had a rep lie and email that they do not do returns or refunds at all. Scammy company.

I ordered a journal and stencils over 2 weeks ago and it hasn’t shipped. It took 3 times contacting the company before they finally responded. I was asking for an estimate of when my items would ship and they did not even give me that when they finally responded. I have requested my order be cancelled and that I receive a full refund. When ordering, the website stated a 5-10 day shipping time. It wasn’t until going into the FAQ when my order never shipped that I found anything stating longer shipping times. Very disappointed with the lack of shipping time transparency and poor customer service.

The quality decline both in service, in items, and customer service is horrid, I don't think I will come back to them again. Before I enjoyed buying from severall colelctions, the journals were pretty and the paper quality was soo good you could use waterpaint on it and still it wouldn't bleed to the other side. You got your e-mail when they shipped out your package, and everything went rather smoothly.

But this is just nostalgia talking, currently Notebook Theraphy doesn't worth it anymore, the quality declined, items disappear without a warning from the website never to be seen again, you either won't get an answer to your e-mails or it's very unhelpful, and they never provide you with the tracking number anymore. This year I placed two order, one arrived but never know what's up with it since I hadn't got my e-mail, the other I placed two weeks ago, and there is no update on it, no tracking, never arrived, the customer service is overwhelmed by the sheer dumbness of their sales strategy and they don't answer either. It's horrible given how much they ask for these things...

The product is great but the shipping took a long time, I'm still waiting on the tracking information for something I purchased in 11/11/2025 but the previous products I got from here were incredible!

One of my favorite stores to purchase journals from, every collection is crafted so beautifully, the travel size notebook from "My moonlight corner" is just perfect for writing and planning, the design is so stunning that I had to purchase it twice.

The products are very beautiful and high quality. I would always recommend them!

All the journals, as well as the other products, the bags, stickers, and washi tapes, are not only adorable but also high quality. Highly recommended.

My 1st order was missed delivered which was very disappointing. However Rae in customer service was excellent even when there was a few grumpy emails from me.
I have now received my order and absolutely thrilled with it. It was so worth the wait.

Great Design and trustworthy

Incredibly high quality, stunning designs and the attention to detail is second to none. I've been a loyal customer for a few years now and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. The price is worth it I promise! (I even end up keeping most of the boxes because they're just too nice to throw away)

The most unprofessional shop i have ever bought from. I do not recommend this shop under any circumstances. Please stay away.
Im someone who love buying stationery, i bought from this shop in three different occasions and not even ince went smoothly. All three had to email them because after 2 weeks no one sent out my order, and when i got a replay to that email they told me the item was out of stock. It wasnt when i bought it, and no one told me until i was the one asking, most of the times these orders were presents for my lives one, and they ruined it , not even leaving me time to buy something else.
STAY AWAY . Popular no equal respect. They are very disrespectful with their clients, who just accept it because the shop is popular in social media.

The variety of designs of notebooks and stickers is incredible. When the package arrives you see how every detail is just stunning. This is my second order. I came back because of quality and new beautiful designs.

The design is very lovely and unique. Even though the price is a little bit high, the quality is amazing. Would recommend this to everyone

Great quality products with easy shipping which is great for people in the Nordics.
I have bought so many of these notebooks and used them for years. I have never had any issues with them getting to me or with the quality of them.

The journals are absolutely stunning quality, the customer service is excellent, shipping is fast, all-round super quality
