Non existent customer service
Purchased a fleece for my son. It arrived fine but was not suitable, so I looked on the website for return /refund details. It wasn’t clear and I tried to contact the company to confirm details. After sending about 5 emails I got an email back just saying they woujd refund once they had the item. I filled in the return request & So I returned the item via tracked & traced postage from UK. Never heard anything and then found it was stuck in clearing. More emails to not basic & Austrian postage company. Got nowhere. Finally set up and account with the postage company to try & find out the problem. I sent a copy of the information to Not basic because as sender I couldn’t do anything and it would be not basic who could deal with the issue. More emails - but no replies. Phone number was useless. More unanswered emails - then guess what the parcel was returned to me!!! 😤 I sent more emails to not basic but still no replies. I’m extremely disappointed in this company as the item even in the sale was not cheap and your website states returns are accepted and you couldn’t be bothered to answer my emails or deal with the issue in a proper manner. I appreciate there is a language difficulty but there are translation tools - which I used to read your one and only email reply to me!! I would never purchase anything from Not Basic again!!!!

Very bad/difficult returning process
Very bad/difficult returning process, not customer friendly and all explained in foreign language. Costs for sending AND returning have to be paid by customer.
