I had an excellent experience with G4 Claims LTD. From the very beginning, the process was handled smoothly and professionally. My file handler, Nicole Frame, kept me updated throughout and made everything stress-free.

One of the best parts was how quickly I received a courtesy car – it was arranged straight away with no hassle at all. The whole team made what could have been a stressful situation really easy to deal with.

Excellent service from G4 Claims. Someone crashed into the back of me while I was stopped at the traffic’s lights. Couple of days later I ended up in pain with Whiplash.
G4 claims sorted everything for me, got a hire car while my car was getting checked, set me up with a lawyer who was also really good. Constantly got phone calls with updates.
Would definitely recommend them, plus it doesn’t affect my no claims etc

Had a great experience with G4 Claims. I got hit by a driver that wasn't my fault. Rather than pay a hefty excess and lose my no claims with my insurance company I was recommended to call G4. So glad I did. They sorted everything out for me, even sorted me a courtesy car so I wasn't car-less whilst I got my car fixed. Cherelle was fab throughout and answered all my silly questions and sorted everything for me! Thanks again!

Were really helpfull in the first instance. However there was some confusion in relation with the hire car company in respect of when the hire car was to be collected. Also the hire car company kept asking for information which was already provided.

Great experience. Maria dealt with my claim taking everything on board to reach a happy conclusion leaving me worry free to deal with my own work, knowing that my car was being taken care of.

No hassle fast response

Heard from them to start with but never got any updates, the lease company that I got a courtesy car from done nothing but badger me asking the same questions all the time about MY claim when in the first instance my car got hit and the person admitted liability straight away, I was made to feel that I was the guilty party, I sincerely wish that no one has to go through these steps again. All made to be very confusing and stressful.

A massive thanks to Nicole and the team at G4 for their expert customer service, attentiveness and advice over the past few weeks. My Mum and I appreciate all your help!

Hassle free service! Cherelle & Lauren were my claim handlers and I could not fault them at all, made everything super easy couldn’t recommend enough.

My niece and I were involved in a crash and in a state of panic had no idea what to do as the driver left the scene. I can't thank Cherelle enough at G4 Claims for constantly going above and beyond to settle my case for me. I personally find these situations very stressful and get extreme anxiety. Cherelle eased all of this by taking over and booked my car into a garage to be fixed, sent out a curtesy car in the meantime, tracked down the driver, referred me to physiotherapy and passed my details onto the solicitor who settled great claims for both my niece and I. My case was a lengthy case due to finding the driver who left the scene however, Cherelle was always on the other end of the phone happy to help whenever I had any concerns. I didn't have to do a thing G4 claims done it all for me stress free. I would highly recommend this company if you have been involved in an accident as they take care of everything and make the experience as easy as it can.

Was in a car accident that was no fault of my own, I was made aware of G4 claims from a friend, I made one call and they took care of everything, had my car collected , hire car dropped off next day and kept me updated on everything, I can’t speak enough about Lauren odonnell who was my contact at G4, very professional and so helpful, highly recommend G4 to anyone in same situation, I’ve had my car dropped back off to me today and it is looking amazing like new, fantastic company and service 👍👍👍
