Easy and Fast Course
I did the 3-hour refresher course to renew my notary commission. This course was easy to understand and a breeze to go through. I do recommend finding some practice tests online to do before your exam as the format in this course is a bit easier than the actual exam.

Course was OK
Course was OK. Graphics are fine and it was easy to navigate. I like that it displayed all the spoken text. Shortcomings: nothing was printable unless you want to print screenshots. From the format, it was hard to create my own study guide. When a quiz or test is completed, while you can look at it again, all the correct answers are marked and you can’t re-take it as additional practice. As a renewing Notary it was fine. But for people with my learning style who like to review and practice test, it was disappointing. Much of the verbiage was right from the California Handbook.

Quizzes and tests are very easy compared to the actual exam
I had studied the handbook prior to taking this class. The quizzes and chapter tests were very easy to answer. I can not say that they did not help to prepare for the actual exam, however, they were simple and straight forward compared to the exam questions.

This is the first online notary class I have taken. I was pretty skeptical to take one of these classes, but I thought, "Give it a try".
I was surprised how easily it was to sign up, I had questions, and was able to access a real person quickly and receive an answer.
I will definately use them again.

Every single slide hade typos making it difficult to follow the Instructors voice. Due to the misspelling or the missing letters or the missing words it was difficult to even take the test I I contacted the company in my account was referred to IT however nothing was resolved by the time I was taking the test
