Well organized. It easy to understand. Everything was clearly explained. The quizzes before each Units are very helpful. Good presentation. I like the transcription on side.

I picked Notary Class Online from a long list of possible services in order to prepare myself for the CA notary exam.
Pros:
-relatively cheap, only $48.
-I could easily log on and pick up where I left off
- tests after every unit in order to make sure you understood
Cons:
- had some issues when I wanted to review the material I already went over. I had to redo an entire chapter because it woudnt let me skip to the section within the unit.
- customer service couldnt answer specific questions that arose from learning material, can only address technical issues and they will only refer you to the state handbook

My biggest issue was though that I passed the final test 100% on my first try but it did NOT prepare me enough for the real notary exam. The questions here were way too easy and mostly about the fines and regulations whereas the real exam was way more specific about the other things. I havent gotten my results yet but would not recommend this this to prepare for your exam alone. I did some free practice tests online with other service providers and got a better idea of possible questions in the real exam.

This was an easy way to take the Notary class. The information is clear and concise, the transcript on the side is great. The format is easy to follow and the small quizzes before the unit test is a great way to ensure learning. I was able to complete the course at my own pace, replay things, and take notes. I took the final exam and passed. This is a great preparation tool for the next step. It's also a great value.

Excellent, easy to use, well organized, and sets you up for success on your own time.

This is the easiest possible way to learn and make sense of the felony, misdemeanor and infraction laws pertaining to notaries and the financial penalties attached to each. Love the clear presentation and the ability to read and follow along with the written transcript while the "lecture" proceeds.

I spend two day to study this course, most of the exam questions you can get from it.

The class was easy to follow but getting a hold of the company was challenging. When you call, it says it's a driver safety class (or something like that) and I wasn't able to speak with anyone until I tried calling two days in a row. I also tried sending an email to the email address that the website instructed me to use, but never received a response. Once I was able to connect with someone, they were very helpful and took care of my issue right away.

Easy to use and everything was well explained. Even when I had a technical difficulty in one section, I hopped on the chat and a technician fixed my course and got me back on track in less than 5 minutes. Would recommend.

Easy to navigate. I just took the CA Exam, but I am confident that I passed.
I was able to review the lessons again prior to taking the test. That was a bonus!!

This review is based on the actual class and exam which was excellent. I would like the opportunity to update this review after completing the entire process. I was able to complete the course over the weekend.

Their study material is very informative. They show you a video that you can replay until you understand better the content. They also have reading material on the side to follow when the narrator says something. For me, this is the best of both worlds. Vision and hearing both are very good tools to make learning more effective.. I study the handbook before going to this online course. They show also examples where you can visually see how things in a journal entry are and gives different scenario for you to better understand each content they try to explain. The only problem is when you take their quiz there is no retake. But overall they have a very good platform.
