Life-Changing Support for OCD
James has honestly been amazing in helping me with my OCD. When I first started therapy, I was really struggling and felt very scared and ashamed of my thoughts - I thought I was evil because of what OCD was making me think and feel. James was completely non-judgemental and unshockable, which made such a huge difference.
James is the sort of person who can sit with you through the scary stuff, then somehow have you chuckling two minutes later — a genuinely lovely, kind, funny guy who makes therapy feel a lot less terrifying. He made me feel safe enough to talk openly, even about the things I was most embarrassed or frightened to say out loud.
James also visited me at home, which really helped, and worked with me using graded response therapy. He helped me face things step by step at a pace that felt possible, while still encouraging me to keep moving forward. It wasn’t always easy, but he gave me the tools and confidence to manage my OCD so much better.
I’ve made so much progress with James’s help, and I’m really grateful for everything he has done for me. He genuinely cares and he knows how to help without making you feel judged.
