Poor quality regarding the price
I ordered five medals, two sashes, and one apron. To begin with, I still have not received the full order that was placed on September 27th.
Secondly, the quality varies significantly depending on the item. For example, the Commander RCC sash is fairly well embroidered, although it appears that minimal materials were used. In contrast, the Mark Past Master item is of completely unacceptable quality. Overall, the five medals I ordered are of poor quality, despite being priced at an average of €20 each.
Regarding the apron, two of the three metal tau symbols are misaligned, which reflects a lack of proper finishing and quality control.
Finally, the company name led me to believe it was based in France. The slightly lower prices compared to other providers did not suggest otherwise. For the €400 spent, I could have purchased similar items on AliExpress for around €200, potentially with better quality.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend buying from this company.

I ordered from this Company on Jan 10…
I ordered from this Company on Jan 10 2025, advertised 3-5 days delivery, 2 months later I am still waiting, no one answers the phone and all I get is texts apologising for the delay because thay are out of stock, why advertise if you can not deliver? Daily emails advertising their wares, I am loath to block in case it is a notification of delivery, some hope! I think my next recourse is visa and inform them this company is a scam!
