All of our applications are reviewed manually, by one of our underwriting team and we pride ourselves on the personal service provided. Our agents assess a combination of credit search information and open banking data, to understand if the application fits our lending criteria.
Although I understand that the loan repayments appear affordable to you, when it comes to granting a loan, we have to ensure the loan meets our criteria as we do not want to place customers in a position that makes the loan repayment unaffordable now (or in the future).
Unfortunately, it appears we were unable to help in this instance.

The Best Customer Service
Daryl talked me through the process step by step. He made sure that I understood everything before I made my final decision. The communication was fantastic and Daryl was always at the end of the phone to answer my questions. It was the best customer service from the start of the application to the finish which was less then 48hrs. Responsible lending, efficient and excellent customer service Thanks Daryl!

Customer service was second to none
I applied for a loan to consolidate my credit card debt into one lower monthly payment, which can be quite a daunting process, but the team at Norwich Trust were so understanding and friendly.
