The customer agent named Daniel for the swedish customers said he cancelled my subscription after I complained that I hadn't ask for a 6 months subscription to be paid in advance. He never did , I had to do it myself after realising that he had no service skills and zero empathy. Only one customer service agent works for this company, he is very lucky to keep his job and has absolutely no professional skill and no desire to help. This company knows for sure who they chose to be the voice that answers to their customers which means that they have zero interest to help us or even create healthy relationships with us. I would be ashamed... I guess money is more important than human beings. This is very sad and so unprofessional.
