I have been with my previous broker for 7+ a years. I have Norweb energy as my new broker and I am so pleased. I have been dealing with Faz and he has got me a very competitive rate compared to my previous broker. The saving for me will be thousands of pounds during my contract term.
Faz has also got me a new gas connection for my new site and managed the process from start to finish. The price for the new connection was also very competitive. I highly recommended this broker.

I’ve been using Norweb Energy for both my energy and water and honestly can’t fault them to date.

Everything was simple from the start – setup was quick and there were no issues switching over. Having both energy and water under one account just makes life easier, especially when it comes to keeping track of bills.

The online account is straightforward, easy to check usage and submit meter readings and bills have all been clear with no surprises.

On the couple of occasions I needed help, customer service was responsive and sorted things without hassle, which is all you really want.

Overall, it’s just been a smooth experience. No stress, no complications – would definitely recommend.
