More trouble than it’s worth! You cannot submit for a company if you have multiple receipts on the same day like for instance the drugstore CVS; maybe you went to two different CVS on the same day because one store didn’t have what you wanted so you went to another CVS store well if you have two different receipts from the same store, you cannot submit them on the same day you can’t submit the second receipt at all so you just lose out on submitting for your second receipt From That particular store. For the 5% rebate you cannot include the taxes, you only can include the subtotal but North style VIP, (which is now NorthStyle Rewards) but they charge you taxes on your monthly membership but yet and still, you can’t put in a claim for taxes that you were charged when you buy something it’s like they look for ways not to be able to pay you your money. They constantly decline claims for one reason or another. It’s just bad and it’s annoying it’s aggravating.

I did not knowingly sign up for this program; I was charged $21.50/ after my first purchase. When I called the company, I was told that the monthly program was in the terms and conditions. I would have not willingly signed up for this program. This is a bait and switch.

If I can rate zero stars I would. I was auto loaded to the rewards program and charge a fee 30 days later. Total scam.

ordered last yr Oct 18th rec;d but too small, returned with their label promptly. havent rec;d anything except Visa processed my pymnt for $132.52. Called, they hung up, online tried, nothing!! Very incompetqnt business. Recommend NOT BUYING THERE ANYTHING!!

A charge for PGI*NORTHSTYLEREWARDS $18.59 showed up when I checked my credit card online. It said the "purchase" was made 10/29 and the charge posted 10/30. I knew I didn't shop at NorthStyle in that time and I had no idea what NorthStyle Rewards was/is. I called and the woman I talked to was rude and tried to explain it, but it didn't make sense. She said a pop-up must have happened when I was shopping (a month or two ago - she couldn't tell me when), that I must have clicked on it to get a free 30 day trial of NorthStyle Rewards - whatever that is - and now I was being charged for it! This is bull!

I was not aware of signing up for this and have been charged for 18 months. Only ordered from them once and I should have reviewed my credit card. Bad move. Lost well over $100. After complaining, the customer service person was good, I received a six month refund. Beware beware. Will never shop there again.

I agree with the other reviewer that this is basically a scam. I went through the trouble of filling out the form three times and each time it was rejected. I never got my rebate before the first FREE 30 days were up.I lost out on $3.99 and $11.99

They say it's free, but it's only free for the first month. After that, they charge $15.85/month to your credit card and you get nothing for it unless you fill out extra paperwork. At that point, you get 10% off and a break on shipping, which you already paid $15.85 for.

The NorthStyle VIP program is excellent! I have saved a lot of money and its so simple to use. Thank you NorthStyle, for this great program!

This subscription is meant to reimburse 10% of cost, plus all shipping costs and up to $10 of return shipping. It is nearly impossible to get a claim for reimbursement approved within a month or even 6 weeks, so unless you plan to buy enough EVERY MONTH to get back your $14.95 subscription cost - as well as spending an inordinate amount of time challenging the declined claims - then DO NOT use Northstyle VIP. I don't have a problem with their merchandise OTHER than the high cost (that I expected to be offset through the VIP program!). However, I view my entire VIP experience a total SCAM. Yes, I got a couple rebates right off the bat, then spent the last 6 weeks trying to get the rest of my orders/returns claims processed before having to pay another $14.95 monthly fee. I believe VIP should process my outstanding valid claims for $11.99 and $10 (shipping and return shipping from September 2022 activity), however I cancelled my membership to avoid paying another $14.95 AGAIN.

If I could give negative stars I would. Somehow, I got signed up for the VIP program which I never wanted. They charged me $14/monthly which is an amount that is easy to miss on the monthly statement! After 7 months the CC company flagged it. Also, after I made one purchase this company sold my name and started sending me about 3 or 4 hard copy catalogues every week! I had to call up to get that stopped. Waste of paper. Plus they charge exorbitant shipping fees! I do not even like their stuff!

Like many other customers I also clicked on the VIP membership link for more info so was added to the list as being a member for free for 30 days, which I did not notice. Thereafter my credit card was charged $15+ for this monthly membership. Once I noticed it I immediately called the phone # next to the PGI Northstyle VIP charge on my credit card statement to cancel it. I was told they would do this but I will continue to pay attention to it in future statements and will not be ordering anything else from them, even though I like their clothes, I think this is a fraudulent practice.

This is a scam. I never signed up for this, and certainly was not aware that any free shipping offer came with a $14.95 a month charge in perpetuity. I have asked for a refund of the last 16 months of fees and so far have been refunded only 7 months. Website gives no indication of fees you will be charged.

THIS IS A SCAM!! I did NOT sign up for VIP! I just noticed an unauthorized $14.95 recurring charge on my credit card for the last several months. I will be challenging this. I did a little online research and apparently this happens to a lot of people. I will never shop here again.

Northstyle VIP is awesome! The quality of their clothing is 100%! Then on top of that, the rewards are unbelievable! My friends can't believe it's true until I explain to them how to get signed up and start looking for their rebate checks. It's so simple! Thank you for offering this outstanding program!

I am a detail person so for me to collect receipts, complete the rebate forms, write down the confirmation numbers then mail in the rebate forms with receipts in a timely manner is not a difficult task. However, I think more customers would benefit from your rebate program if the process was less tedious. Your company does a great job getting the rebate checks out!!

It's an easy Rebate program. Just upload and email.

This is a terrible program - ridiculous submission process - just give the discount. I’m embarrassed that I’ve paid for it up til now but will be cancellled. Clearly designed to charge monthly fee with hopes that the hassle factor of submitting rebates will mean paying out less. Admittedly when going to the trouble of submitting - it works and get paid, but way more trouble that its work.

First of all, I love the clothing at Northstyle. Yes, you pay a little more but it is well worth it. I love the things I buy so much, I buy a second one since I am losing weight. I then give my larger sizes to my friends. The VIP Program is easy and I am always excited when the refund check comes in the mail.
