I ordered a suit that looked lovely and beige when I ordered it when it arrived it felt like a kids dress up costume in the colour SALMON. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. I wish I could attach photos. There site is misleading, said 7 working days maximum. It took 20 days and it was so wrong!

Dreadful service

Ordered a coat, came wrong colour. Ordered another paying with their store credit and it was flimsy, not lined and unwearable. They won't do anything about it because it was paid for by their store credit. I stuck with 2 coats, one a colour I don't like and didn't order and an unwearable flimsy, cheap coat. Do not buy from this company

Extremely Bad

Not good!! The coat came the wrong size , it had the right size on the tag but a different sizing stitched so looks like it’s from China.. VERY very poorly made. I have quite litteraly chucked the coat away. It’s not worth the hassle sending it back as you have to pay for charges. Will not be buying from this website again and I do not recommend.

Do not buy from this company!

Do not buy from this company!
I bought a swimsuit in October, it took about 2 weeks to arrive. It was poor quality and fit so I tried to return it. They were reluctant and offered me a 10% refund if I kept it. I said no as it was no use to me. On the website it showed a registered address in the Netherlands and it stated clearly ‘Hassle free returns within 30 days’.
I knew I would have to pay return postage but thought that was ok to Europe. After many emails I was told I would have to post the swimsuit back to China. I didn’t accept this option. I told them that they were misleading their customers.
If their website had said you would have to return items to China I would never have purchased the item.
I then asked my credit card company for a chargeback (as it as under £100) saying it was a breach of contract as they mislead the customers.
The credit card company refunded me while they investigated which took about 6 weeks. Then then agreed the claim so I felt vindicated.
I am donating the swimsuit to a local charity shop.

TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY

It wasn't made clear that my order was coming from China, so delivery took weeks. When I tried to return the product I was told I would have to pay for the postage and that the return may be delayed at Customs or even get lost. I opted to accept their offer of keeping my original order but accept a credit towards ordering something else. I chose a cardigan, and paid more money as it was more expensive than the cost of my original order. It was the only thing I liked. It was too big, I requested a refund and was told since a credit was involved I can't return it. So now I have a coat and a cardigan I can't use and I can't get a refund for either. I don't buy from a company if I know their products are coming from China as this has happened more than once. Their refund policies are terrible.

Scam returns

My order number is 2315 and my name is Habiba Kamal

The company did not state that returns would be sent to China at your own expense. They are also aware that delays occur at customs. In spite of that, I am not getting a 100% refund, and have only been offered a 30% refund on my card. I want a 100% card refund and I don’t want to be forced to receive a store card refund requiring me to get items I don’t want.

Poor quality and fit

Poor quality and fit for what looked like a winter jacket,thin and not fitted. Ended up seeing the same coat on Aliexpress for £18 and I stupidly paid £50 on this site not realising it was coming from China. Gutted.

Gorgeous dress

Dress is gorgeous, just what I was looking for! I normally wear a size 14 but checked the sizes using the guide and went for the 12, and it fits perfectly. Delivery took a couple of weeks but not surprising as it is December. Overall very happy, thank you!

Really not happy with my order

Really not happy with my order. I ordered a £89.00 coat and the quality of it is worth less than £10 so disappointed it’s not as described on the website at all. I should have done my research an looked up this company before buying. Never again, they won’t give me a refund unless I pay the return fees to china, which when ordering it doesn’t say this on website the returns would need to be sent there I thought was a UK brand. They will only max 20% or credit for another item, why would I want another item when looks such bad quality for the money. I just want my money back an to return it for free when it’s there issue not mine for the way they have shown it on website. So disappointed as this was a Christmas present.

Leather item arrived as polyester!

I ordered a leather item on the 24th nov. I have only received my order and the item is polyester/pu and smell of fish. Customer services won’t offer a refund without carriage charges deducted (to china)approx £25!

Highly recommended.

This store is by far the most accomodating. I have encountered a lot of stores where I receive very delay reply. But in here, I receive timely update on my inquiries which I am very happy about. I will buy again for Christmas since the quality is great! I love the dress i bought here. Lovely! :)

Do not buy from them !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered winter jacket for £49. On the pictures it was looking amazing ! When i received ... omg what a terrible quality , disgusting cheap material, fur on the hood supposed to be massive but on this jacket was looking very sad not even 1/10 of the jacket on the website.
I asked to return it straight ! They were pushing me to take pictures and send to them even i was not keen to do it !

In the end they offer me 3 shitty options:
1st 20% refund....
2nd shop credit to spend in their shop again but i need to pay for delivery
3rd return to China ! Cost via Royal mail is £25 ! Plus lady was scaring me that if parcel will stop on the border or any custom clearance they will be not bothered...
Im so frustrated as the website location is in Belgium and wherhouse is located in London ! I do not understand why i cannot send this terrible jacket back to London or Belgium on my cost !??

Im awaiting Citizen Advice as this is scam !!!!!!!

Scam, do not buy from them..0/5

My wife ordered a dress and the poor quality you can see past if you could refund the damn thing.
Company seems to be based in Netherlands, arrived with a London return address on it and when requested a refund informed it is to be shipped to china! Not only that but also told it is likely to get stuck in customs meaning we won't get a refund at all.
They pushed us to accepting store credit starting with 10% then 20% which we have not done.
This is breaking UK trading law and I will be seeking legal action out of principle.
Avoid at all costs this is a scam.

I ordered a dress from this store and when it arrived, the sizing was completely off. When I contacted customer service to request a refund, they repeatedly pushed me to accept store credit or keep the item for a small partial refund instead of allowing a proper return.

Despite it being an online purchase, they made it unnecessarily difficult to exercise my right to a refund. Every response felt like they were trying to pressure me into keeping the item rather than resolving the issue properly. They also warned me about return complications instead of simply providing a clear return address and process.

This whole experience has left me feeling uncomfortable and mistrustful. I would not order from them again, and I would advise others to be cautious. Customer service should support customers—not make them jump through hoops to resolve a straightforward return.
