Great treatment, real friendly dentist and assistant

The clinic and team at North Hill is second to none. I had a delightful experience start to finish, and felt very well looked after by everyone. I had several sessions of treatment with the brilliant Dr Armin who completely transformed my oral health and smile! I would highly recommend this practice and its wonderful staff to anyone looking for high quality dental care.

Dr Mungi, was very good from the start and explained everything in detail at every visit.

My daughter had a complex start needing blocks and tongue practice and Dr Mungi and her team were great. I didnt feel rushed along the treatment road and even today when the braces finally came off she wanted to make sure we were happy.

We are super happy with the results.

Wish I had of read trust pilot reviews for this dental practice before spending my time and money with them.

Honestly the only word that comes to mind is useless. They can’t return emails or phone calls, they don’t seem to be able to stick to anything they say they are going to do, me constantly chasing them. Just really disappointing, never known such an incompetent business.

Recently I went for a dental checkup, and my dentist Luma and her assistant Richa were so nice to me: both really lovely, professional in everything they did, and explained everything which eased my nerves.
Absolutely would recommend them if you have any worries.

can’t recommend Sachin Sedani highly enough. He replaced my fixed bridge with implants, and the result has genuinely changed my life. The whole process was handled with incredible professionalism, care, and attention to detail from start to finish.

Sachin took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease throughout. The outcome has exceeded all my expectations—not just in terms of function, but also confidence.

I could not be happier with the treatment care and support I received from Sachin and Lilly. They have been on the end of the phone 7 days a week.

I've been a patient of NH dental for a while. I've had nothing but the best of care from the whole team. Recently had 2 implants placed by Sachin, was quick and pain free experience. His nurse was excellent both kept me informed and checking in on me through the entire process.
Can't recommend them highly enough. I did call around other practises for implant quotes luckily they were the cheapest in Colchester so bonus.

I recently had composite bonding done at North Hill Dental and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the initial consultation through to the final appointment, the whole team were professional, welcoming, and incredibly attentive.

The whole process was comfortable, and the attention to detail was outstanding. I’ve had so many compliments already, and my confidence has completely changed when I smile.

I would highly recommend North Hill Dental to anyone considering composite bonding.

Avoid at all costs. Took deposit.

Didn’t take down contact details correctly so failed comms. Resulting in an attempt to rebook that they didn’t honour. Took £82 for nothing.

No apology for failed comms.

I had received dental implants in my lower jaw from another dentist in 2024 and wanted implants in my upper jaw this year
Sachin X-rayed my mouth and said that he could operate two days later with the ‘teeth in a day’ scheme.
The whole procedure was done under local rather than general anaesthetic so I was aware of the whole process whilst he had some other fellas peering into my mouth.
The four drill holes turned into 6 holes as he punctured my nasal cavity and another whole failed.
Both my nose and mouth were streaming with blood.
All the failures were explained with Sachin blaming my bone structure but Sachin had done the scan before the op…
The new teeth then didn’t fit, they were replaced 2 days later with more teeth that didn’t fit causing some pain.
I rang up later with pain and rather than call me into the surgery I was prescribed antibiotics over the phone.
There were many missed or rescheduled (at short notice) appointments by NHD after I had booked time off of work to attend.
The implants eventually failed and Sachin blamed the bone structure and also that I vaped (I vaped in 2024 when the lower implants were inserted without issue), he blamed anything and everything but himself.
He then refused any further treatment and referred me to another dentist costing twice as much.
The General Dental Council have taken up my case and are investigating Sachin.
The new dentist has sorted new implants without issue and I’m still vaping.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I had been on the NHS orthodontist list for over 5 years and had recently just got appointments with hygienists after my 3 previous appointments being cancelled due to the ‘hygienist not being available’. The staff at the reception are incredibly rude and simply don’t care about NHS patients pushing the appointments back and cancelling them several times. Furthermore, they did not even bother to tell us that ‘hygienists’ that would see us would be students with no supervisor in the same room to oversee them. They consider every feedback to be rude and disrespectful and speak to you in a condescending way. I asked for an email address I could talk to and they gave me a website not the email address saying it was the managers email address! Totally would not recommend, but especially if you have children approaching the age to get braces!

Horrible is the word that comes to my mind.
They are not interested in NHS patients. don't bother registering here. They keep on pushing the appointments at the last minute and rebooks months down the line.

My daughter is on the orthodontist appointment waiting list for more than 4 years.
My youngest daughter had to get private treatment.
