Brilliant service car delivered to my door & when my car wasn’t ready in time . Auxillis changed the car to accommodate us towing a caravan as was due to go on holiday . Can’t fault this company & all the staff that I had dealings with.

Drop off went very smooth man was very polite and lovely I had a screw go into one of the tyres I rang the breakdown number provided and a very lovely man was out in no time at all once my lease was coming to an end I had a phone call off a lovely women to arrange collection the next day was a very pleasant experience under not so good circumstances

No fault accident leading to a Cat N classification of my vehicle. This was over a month ago, the other drivers insurance have accepted liability. Auxilis told me they cant progress the claim yet as the insurance company wont take their calls. They also told me that when they receive the money it will take them 20 working days to transfer it as 5 people have to check it. Even if each person took 2 full days to check the payment thats only 10 days. The whole experience with this company has been terrible and i wish my insurance company (Admiral) had never recommended them.

Following a non-fault accident, my vehicle was taken to Auxillis for repair.
When the car was returned to me, the boot mat (VW Golf) was missing. This item was present in the vehicle prior to collection.
I contacted customer service to report the issue, but found the response unhelpful and lacking urgency. I was asked to submit details via email and later received confirmation that the matter would be reviewed.
It has now been over 3 months, and I have not received any update or resolution.
This has caused inconvenience, as an item from my vehicle has not been returned, and communication has been poor throughout the process. Based on my experience, I am disappointed with the level of customer service and aftercare.

Amazing and compassionate staff.
I had a car accident a few months after passing my driving test, the staff over the phone were kind caring and understanding. They explained everything to me and answered all my questions. The delivery driver was amazing and patient with me, he showed me everything in the curtesy car and offered to take me on a test drive to get used to driving an automatic instead of a manual car.
After a terrible experience with the crash it was amazing to be treated with respect and care by auxillis. Im so thankful to them.
