Our 20 year old main unit in air-to-water setup broke down. Norsk Klimasenter managed to get a replacement unit delivered and installed the following week, and also provided a very thourough inspection of the rest of the installment. Could not be happier with the quality and responsivenes of the two friendly gentlemen who carried out the work. The new unit is quiet and efficient, and electricity usage is now 50% less than during the week when all heating was on electricity alone.

While I can see other people have had mixed experiences, I can only comment on my own, which has been good.
We visited the office and had a nice chat with the owner. He was very helpful in explaining how the units are used, and guided us to a good product for the location and size of the apartment where it would be installed.
The installer arrived on the day and time agreed. He was incredibly efficient and helpful with regards to the best placement of the unit. I was talking to him while he installed the outside equipment and he looked like he could do it with a blindfold. I think he took just over 60mins but very quick whatever. He gave me a run through on the controls when we tested it, and also gave advice on our situation in the main house, with an older unit we have. Really great experience.
The unit seems quiet and keeps the place cozy. So far, so good
